The Study Of Habifaerfeirun Pills To Intervention In Ischemia Stroke In Patients With Serum TNF-α And IL-6

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Habifaerfeirong pills from Huihui Formulary tothe period of ischemic stroke and its effects on serum TNF-α and IL-6.Methods: We have collected the ischemic stroke recovery patients60cases, all of themwere in line with The inclusion criteria. Divided them into two groups as treatment and controlgroup,30cases. The two groups of patients during the experiment using the same Westernmedical treatment, then the treatment group were treated by the “experimental pills(Habifaerfeirong Pills)”,10g, half an hour after meal, twice daily,14days for a course oftreatment, All patients were treated for two courses. The control group were treated by the“Ginkgo biloba extract tablets”,2pills, half an hour after meal, twice daily,14days for a courseof treatment,all patients were treated with two courses. At the time of before treatment, and aftertreatment14and28days, observing and analyzing the clinical symptoms, Chinese medicinesymptoms, neurological deficits points, serum cytokines TNF-α and IL-6level changes.Results:1. The clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%,thecontrol group was66.67%, there was significant difference(P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the controlgroup.2.Syndrome score: Before treatment, cases of symptom score showed no significantdifference (P>0.05). Syndromes and symptom scores after treatment had significant difference(P <0.05), The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Clinical neurologic impairment points: The treatment group and the control group after14 days compared with pre-treatment neurological deficit points improved,the differences weresignificant (P <0.05). The difference between two groups had no significance (P>0.05).After twotreatment courses, nerve function defect integral differences are significant in the treatment group(P <0.01),it had differences in the control group (P <0.05). Between the two groups there aresignificant differences (P <0.05).4. Two groups of patients the serum TNF-a, IL-6levels：Serum TNF-α and IL-6levels declined in two groups at the end of the treatment course..Conclusion: The Habifaerfeirong pills from Huihui Formulary for patients with ischemiastroke can improve the symptoms and the neurological deficit significantly, improve, reduceserum TNF-α and IL-6levels.
