| Objective Through clinical observation to understand the the efficacy and safety of SHH particles to acute upper respiratory infections patients of fengrezufei and qixu category, lay the foundation for the development of new drugs.Methods According to random,contrasting,and Blinding principle,the 90 cases were divided into three groups, according to the ratio of 1:1:1,namely control group, treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.Then the three groups seperately give fengreganmao particles, chaowei SHH particles and SHH extractive.Each taking approaches are:1 package, mixing in boiled water for oral taking,three times one day. Then observed and recorded the change of main symptoms and signs before treatment and after 1 day,2 days,3 days after treatment, as well as recorded the number of laboratory indicators include changes of the virus before the treatment and after the treatment,The detection of virus is ELISA.Then analyzed statistically.Results The total effects of Each group are 70.00%,86.67%,86.67 %,the inefficiency of Each group are 30.00%,10.00%,13.33%, before the treatment, the count of RHV is 21.27±6.09、21.75±6.34、22.11±6.54; the count of ADV is 41.57±10.19、41.27±9.87、42.35±10.46;the count of HPIV is 29.57±11.98、32.45±13.01、31.62±12.63. After the treatment, the count of RHV is 18.19±5.04、6.28±2.09、8.69±3.19; the count of ADV is 35.78±8.04、14.75±5.98、21.54±6.27; the count of HPIV is 25.27±10.59、10.56±5.78、15.85±7.02,the difference is significant(p<0.05); the time of antipyretic is 22.11±11.55、16.32±11.96、12.86±6.07, P=0.0303, the difference is significant.Conclusion The treatment of the chaowei SHH particles to acute upper respiratory infections patients of fengrezufei and qixu category (viral infection) is effective, both of which can significantly improve the symptoms who have got acute upper respiratory infection, can reduce the content of patients’RHV, ADV and HPIV, shorten the time of antipyretic who has fever,so it is worth further research and extension. |
