Study On The Critical Control Measures Of Wheat Take-all And It’s Application In Henan

Wheat is one of the importance crop in Henan province, wheat take-all is the complementary quarantine pest. In recent years, the take-all disease becomes more and more harmful to wheat production. In order to control the occurrence of wheat take-all, we have researched on the rule, control measures in field experiment. The main results as follows:(1) Making sure the distribution, harm degree, occurrence area of wheat take-all in Henan province. Now, it was found in the 17 cities,73 counties, and areas of occurrence were 1.4479×106acre.(2) Through building quarantine system in producing area and unharmed reatment system to wheat seed, secure wheat seed can be used in production.(3)By seed treatment in field experiments, Celest, Dividend, and Raxil were found to have good inhibiting effect to the pathogen of wheat take-all disease.(4)By comparing the using manner of fungicide, the result showed that soil treatment and seed treatment was the best way to the pathogen, soil treatment singly was the worst manner. By studying the effect of biological control in field experiment, the results showed that the biological control was the same as chemical control.(5)The results of resistance assessment to wheat take-all showed that only Yumai 70 and Neixiang 188 were resistant to the pathogen of wheat take-all, most of the cultivars were susceptible or high-susceptible to the pathogen.(6)Since 2007, popularization quantities of Celest, Dividend and Raxil are total 61.98 ton and the using area are 9.3225×106acre.
