Potato tuber formation is influenced by many factors like the light, temperature, hormone, sucrose concentration,the high concentration of sugar is one of the most important factor. The study researched on different sugar by certain concentration induced tuber formation,statisticed the rate of tuber and tuber weight, make sure the sugars which can induced tuber formation.Adding hexokinase inhibitors in the high concentration of sugar medium to research the sugar in promoting involved in signaling pathways in the tuber formation.Researching on the relative expression of tuber formation related genes induced by different sugars, get the following conclusion:1.Sucrose, glucose and trehalose and 1/2glucose+1/2 fructose can induced tuber formation, and make sure the sucrose concentration at 8%, glucose at 9%, trehalose at 10% can achieve the best effect of induction of tuber formation, sucrose and glucose induced tuber formation of the tuber formation rate, and the large potato numbers of tubers are higher than that of trehalose, and the difference is significant.2.8% sucrose and 8% glucose, 5% sucrose+3% glucose, 3% sucrose+5% glucose, 5% sucrose+ 3%trehalose, 3% sucrose +5% trehalose can induce tuber formation. and 8% sucrose can induce microtuber in the best tuber formation rate 、big potato rate、total weight of tuber.3.Join 100 umol/L, 300 umol/L, 500 umol/L hexokinase inhibitors N-acetyl- D- glucosamine to 8%sucrose and 8% glucose liquid medium, and to join the inhibitors in 8% sucrose and 8% glucose solid culture medium to verify the results, make sure the hexokinase inhibitors did not play a role in the process of tuber formation, high concentration of sugar induced tuber formation did not through hexose hexokinase way.4.8% sucrose induced Patatin Class Ⅰ expression strongly,the Patatin Class Ⅰcontent expressed in8% sucrose is much higher than other sugars,showed that the sucrose are far bigger than other sugars in promoting tuber formation. the light cycle gene Flowering Locus T was inhibitied by the high concentration of sugars,showed that the high concentration of sugar induction tuber formation and short day promote the junction of the potato tuber formation respectively in two different signaling pathways, And there is mutual inhibition.
