Aimed at the problem that includes :spending more time on homework, increasing soil compaction number, improving cost of the operation coused by the way our country recycled residual film after harvesting the potato, and the The phenomenon that film were torn and twined in the process of potato harvest,which leads film to leave in the soil and film is difficult to be recycled, the combine machine for digging potatoes and recycling residual film was designed, which combine the potato mining with residual film recycling. In this paper, the following aspects were studied and researched more deeply.Based on researching and analyzing the problems existed in the existing film collecting machine, the overall project of the combine machine for digging potato and recycling residual film was confirmed,which adopts the way that the potato were separated after separating film from the soil, the project completely combine the potato mining with residual film recycling.Designed the device for lifting and transporting the film, which includes the mechanism lifting the film(the film shovel) and the mechanism conveying film(the slider-crank mechanism), it simplified structure, shorten the contact time between the mulch and soil, avoid plastic wrapping.According to the mechanics analysis, Solid Works and ADAMS software, some structural parameters was determined : the optimum tilt Angle of the film shovel is 30 ° and the length is 250 mm, the key parameters of slider-crank mechanism: γ=23°,AB=483mm, BC=130mm, e=44mm,θ=3°,H=260mm。Through plastic mechanics performance test,some conclusions was confirmed: when the thickness of the black mulch was 0.008 mm, average of its longitudinal load is 1.24 N/mm and the longger it leaves in the field, the worse its physical and mechanical performance is, the conclusion provide reference for subsequent structure design and parameter optimization.In order to effectively save the space and easily discharge the film, this article designed a new type of residual film recycling agencies rolling-film and discharging-film agencies, according to the mechanics analysis and the stress analysis in Solid Works software,and the structure parameters determined:the diameter of the volume for rolling film is 150 mm, corresponding Angle with the arc length of the activity board is 45 °, the effective center distance of connection plate is 30 mm, etc.
