This paper reviews the application of peracetic acid at home and abroad, and induces the bactericidal effect of peracetic acid in water. This paper mainly studies the peracetic acid in aquaculture oxygenation, sterilization, and the inhibitory effect.Peracetic acid is a peroxide, the molecular structure is not stable, oxidation to produce oxygen, increase water dissolved oxygen.Detecting peroxy acetic acid(15%)on oxygen effect in the pond water and distilled water by multifunctional water dissolved oxygen analyzer instrument under 10,20 and 30℃.The experimental results showed that the oxygen release rate is obvious relationship with temperature and different medium, the higher the temperature, the faster the oxygen evolution. However, the lower the temperature, the lower the saturation of oxygen, the gas overflow, so the measured value is low.Peracetic acid is a strong oxidizing agent, oxidizing reaction to sterilization, to seize the cell charge, destruction of its structure, mainly through acidic and oxidative effects of microbial death. In this paper, the antibacterial effects of 6 kinds of common aquatic pathogenic bacteria were compared with the 3 kinds of common fungicides by the filter paper method and the two times dilution method. The result is show that the different inhibition effects of peracetic acid on different aquatic animal pathogens.Peracetic acid on Staphylococcus saprophyticus showed the strongest inhibitory effect.the effect of Enrofloxacin> Acetic acid peroxide>Povidone lodine>potassium permanganatePeracetic acid toxicity test on Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa. The pH was changing in different time periods were detected, and the contents of chlorophyll a were measured by spectrophotometer. The changes of the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined by using reagent kit.The results showed that different concentration of peracetic acid significantly changes the water pH of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa. In peracetic acid stress, pH value decreased gradually, concentration is obvious, initiation of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa concentration was 1.0 ×107 cells / ml,10 mg / L of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa concentrated respectively for 2.8 ×105 cells / ml and 3.0 x×105 cells / ml after 96 h.Peracetic acid leads to death of Chlorella can affect pH.Through the change of p H,it can be analyzed that the killing effect of the peroxide acid on algae. Before joining the peracetic acid for 24 h,Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa in the experimental group and control group differences appeared, along with the increasing concentration of difference has gradually increased. The chlorophyll a was decreasing, while the control group kept the rising trend.Low concentration of 0.31 mg/L and 0.63 mg/L group appeared to promote their growth, but with the extension of time, there was a phenomenon of inhibition.Other experimental groups showed a downward trend, and the difference was significant. The study showed that SOD and MDA induced by Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa under the environment of peracetic acid, with the time goes away, the experimental group of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella SOD and MDA activity showed low concentration first increased and then decreased, the trend of high concentration of a direct reduction. The activity of SOD and MDA in control group was basically stable, probably because the nutrient solution had a little floating on the stress response of algae. After treatment of 48 h,in addition to 0.31 mg/L and 0.63 mg/L group SOD activity in growth, all began to reduce. The content of MDA in each test group and the control group in 96 h showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and the higher the concentration, the higher the MDA content.Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella pyrenoidosa at 1.25 mg/L and 0.63mg/L concentration and MDA content compared with the control group significantly. The algae in the experimental group were damaged due to stress.Experiment with different concentration of peracetic acid production from aquaculture pond Tribonema niride Pasch poison,Sampling by time, yellow species algal filament body morphology and chlorophyll changes were observed by microscope, using spectrophotometric meter method determination of chlorophyll a(Chla) content, the corresponding reagent kit for determination of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) activity changes.According to the result, with the passage of time to join the test group of acetic acid in the test group began to turbid water, algae, the silk body was breaking, the content of chlorophyll a(Chla) began to decrease, the higher the concentration, the more obvious effect. The concentration of chlorophyll a(Chla) in the test group and the control group was 0.5mg/L,the difference was not obvious, and the 96 h began to decrease.Other experimental groups showed a reduce trend, and the difference was significant. With the time goes away,SOD activity of Tribonema niride Pasch showed a trend of first increase and then decrease. However, the activity of SOD in the control group increased at first and then decreased, which may be related to the stress response of algae to the nutrient solution. After treatment of 72 h.In addition to 10 mg/L of SOD activity in growth, have begun to reduce.96 h experimental group and the control group was not significant. The content of MDA in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the 96 h each test group showed the trend of first rise up and then reducing, and the higher the concentration, the higher the MDA content.2 mg/L concentration began to significantly different from the control group.Test group shows cells of ribonema niride Pasch were destroyed due to stress, the most serious degree. With peracetic acid of different specifications of Megalobrama amblycephala and Penaeus vannamei acute toxicity test by the static acute toxicity test method. Results show that peracetic acid on 1.66 cm group and 2.94 cm group test of Megalobrama amblycephala LC50 of 24 h is 3.950mg/L and 8.320 mg / L,LC50 of 48 h is 243 mg / L,5.240mg/L and the safe concentration is 2.1500mg/L and 0.48mg/L.The LC50 of 24 h of 1.42 cm in group and 2.53 cm group was 1.245mg/L and 34.150mg/L,and LC50 of 48 h was 0.834 mg/L, 26.740mg/L on Penaeus vannamei.Comprehensive analysis,in aquaculture in the inhibition of algae and filamentous algae in aquaculture at the same time, can kill the pathogenic bacteria of aquaculture water body, and can play a role in the increase of oxygen. There is no harm to the fish in the safe concentration range,is a disinfectant which is safe...
