Gansu ridge cultural potato planting mostly used the agricultural method of keeping moisture after membrance,and then seeded. Variety of existing potato planter, but most are not suitable for coated after seeding planting ways. For a long time,potato planting after mulching mainly depend on artificial power in most region of Gansu province,machine received at a small proportion of the area, which will seriously restricted the development of the potato industry in Gansu Province.Through the study of ridging coated potato growing agronomic requirements in Gansu Province,aiming at the deficiency of existing potato membrance seeder,to devise a direct plug-in Potato Planter on membrance.This paper mainly make an intensive study of the following aspects.(1)Analysis of working mechanism and the advantages and the disadvantages of existing potato planter at home and abroad. According to the design requirements of membrance planting potato planter,determined the planter’s functions and the whole structure programs,meet film potato planting on agronomic requirements: the width of the ridge is 800 mm,the wide of the ridge ditch is 400 mm,planting distance 350 mm,a double line of the ridge sowing.(2)Through the analysis of the working speed of seederã€the position and speed of the motive power output axis,power transmission scheme is determined,and make detailed design and theoretical calculation to its main transmission components.(3)Desined a soil covering device. It contains tube of taking earthã€rows of potato tube and bulldozing plate.It can be a one-time earth,sow,cover earth operation process.(4)Desined the Loop constant institution,suitable for potato membrance agronomic sowing,simple structure. It plays a key role in the operation of the machine for soil covering device to compensate the speed of the machine.(5)Aiming at the deficiency of existing scoop on chain seed metering device, desined one kind of cup-belt type potato metering device, and applied to the direct plug-in Potato Planter on membrance. It can solve the problem of existing potato seed metering device.(6)Using Solidworks creates a prototype three-dimensional solid model, based on the software of Solidworks Motion,simulation model of potato planter is founded.The better parameter of the reciprocating screw mechanism, and the trajectory of the soil covering device had been got.Determined the wave depth of the deill and the planting distance. It meets the requirements of design. |
