In this paper, the aim is to improve the whole machine working performance of 2CM2/4 arid potato lateral planter with micro-ridge and plastic film mulching(shorted for potato lateral planter). The problems on hilling phenomenon of furrow opener and soil picker, bad working behaviour of soil conveying device and plastic quality of plastic device inconformity agriculture are mentioned and the structure of those devices are analysed. Based on SolidWorks,the whole model of potato lateral planter was built and the following advanced designs were done,the structure and arrangement of furrow opener were redesigned;throwing device was mounted ahead soil picker;the structure of soil conveying device was designed; floating plastic device took place of plastic device. In order to insure working parameters, the theoretical model was built on conveying device and ground surface after soil picker passed.Advanced potato lateral planter was manufactured and working properties measured trail was done. The results show that:1) Adopted furrow opener stagger arrangement and modified its structure parameters can improve furrow opener working performance.2)Mounted throwing device ahead soil picker can timely throw the soil to conveying device,which can effectively avoid soil hilling before soil picker.3)Edge sealing design on conveying device and soil out-guiding device can extremely improve conveying device working performance.4)Floating plastic device can cover the shortage of cast iron with trumpet type,the shape of ridge can satisfy agriculture requirements.5)Trail on working properties measured results show that missing rate,qualified rate and double rate of potato lateral planter can meet requirements on working property indexes of potato planter which was related to GB/T 25417-2010. |
