| Agricultural yield, quality and efficiency are largely inseparable irrigation,the development of our country’s agricultural mainly relies on irrigation. Years of practice has proved that application of soil moisture monitoring and forecasting play an extremely important role in the increase in crop yields and the amount of timely aspects of water-saving technology.In our country, because the less of soil moisture monitoring stations leads to shortage of soil moisture information. To improve the situation, the development of irrigation information technology and agricultural information in real-time information and moisture entry remote collection, is an urgent requirement. How to make irrigation moisture forecast that efficient, real-time soil moisture data collected and promptly take appropriate measures, has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the soil moisture monitoring system function analysis, we realized the soil moisture monitoring and controlling system that based on Geographic Information System(GIS). The system realized the data collection, data storage, GIS map display and regulated irrigation water based on data collected and weather information. When the design of the entire system, we chosed the 3G communication module MU 509 to send and receive data of soil moisture. The received data is stored in the SQL Server 2008 database, we using Visual C++ 6.0 object-oriented software development platform for development. Combined with the soil moisture information and the actual location by MapX control to make the staff to lock convenient location and using remoting technology Webservice across programming languages and across operating system platforms to achieve extraction weather forecast information. Finally, we make a prediction on the soil moisture from moisture data in the database and weather forecast.This system is based on soil moisture of Shanxi Province.The system is feasible, can be achieved real-time remote soil information collection after testing. In terms of monitoring system,moisture data can be visually displayed on the GIS map, according to the weather forecast information and moisture information, the system implements the regulation of irrigation water. The system interface is intuitive, simple, feature-rich, feasible, achieved the desired functionality. |
