| As marine primary producers, algae is an important part of marine ecosystem.algae through photosynthesis in seawater carbon dioxide and release oxygen,also play a role in water purification;In recent years,due to extensive human use of fossil fuels, atmospheric carbon dioxide levels rise sharply,to some extent led to acidification, affecting the marine ecological balance. Construction of artificial reefs algae field, not only to provide live games of marine life, fish and shellfish restoration and conservation of biological resources and large-scale algae can absorb carbon dioxide in seawater, marine ecological environment,optimize, play the role of carbon sinks.In this paper,Zhangzidao algae artificial reef areas for the survey,estimated the carbon sequestration potential of algae reef area,in addition to the dominant species of algae photosynthesis inorganic carbon research,aimed at the construction of artificial reefs algae provide a theoretical basis.This paper studies three aspects of carbon sequestration Zhangzidao artificial reef algae macroalgae:(1) macroalgae dominance,richness index,diversity index,evenness index and other structural features.(2) Zhangzidao artificial reef algae carbon sink effect.(3)The impact of algae dominant species photosynthesis on marine inorganic carbon system. The main findings are as follows:(1)In the three zones of Zhangzidao artificial reef algae(Zhangzidao,Dahao Island, Dalian Island),Collected a total of 11 kinds of macroalgae are Rhodophyta 4 species,six kinds of brown algaeand Chlorophyta 1 species.Macroalgae average biomass density of Zhangzidao,Dahaodao and Daliandao are 341.52g/m2ã€354.57g/m2ã€307.87g/m2 in June and 158.37g/m2ã€140.63g/m2ã€206.35g/m2 in October.The dominant species of seaweed are kelp, wakame in June and Ulva in October.June(spring) Shannon-Wiene macroalgae species richness index in the order of Zhangzidao>Dahao Island> Dalian Island,October(autumn) for the Zhangzidao> Dalian Island> Dahao Island。 June(spring) macroalgae Shannon-Wiene diversity index index in the order of Dahao Island> Zhangzidao> Dalian Island, October(autumn) for the Dalian Island> Zhangzidao> Dahao Island;June(spring) macroalgae Pielou index in the order of Dahao Island> Zhangzidao> Dalian Island,October(autumn) for the Dahao Island> Dalian Island> Zhangzidao.Analysis of variance showed that three sites species richness,diversity indices,evenness index were not significant.(2)The collected macroalgae conduct carbon sequestration analysis.The results showed that the rate of change in the scope of these water of macroalgae was 78.44% ~ 92.43%,an average of 85.64%;Large dried seaweed measured carbon content,showed changes in the scope of these algae TOC was 27.6% ~ 39.8%,with an average content of 35.71%.According to estimates of the three stations macroalgae carbon sinks, Zhangzi Island artificial reef benthic algae in sequestration of 66.2 g/m2/Year, Dahao Island artificial reef benthic algae in carbon sequestration capacity of 48.89 g/m2/Year, dalian Island artificial reef benthic algae in solid carbon content of 68.72 g/m2/Year.Wherein wakame 13.59 g / m2 / Year,kelp13.25g/m2/Year,Ulva9.39g/m2/Year.Estimation of macroalgae in three artificial reefs carbon sequestration and various environmental factors correlation analysis,The results showed that carbon sequestration macroalgae and chlorophyll a content and depth was a significant positive correlation coefficient of 0.986 and 0.936;Positively correlated with nitrates and dissolved oxygen content of water height,a correlation coefficient of 0.880 and 0.837;negative correlation with temperature.Carbon sequestration and environmental factors in different seasons from macroalgae correlation analysis can be seen,macroalgae Effects of carbon sequestration by environmental factors(chlorophyll a, dissolved oxygen, nitrate).(2)Ulva pertusa, kelp, seaweed photosynthesis impact on marine inorganic carbon.Using light meter measuring light,portable water analyzer seawater temperature, salinity, p H, dissolved oxygen,TCã€IC and TOC are measured by Shimadzu TOC-VCSH TOC analyzer.The results showed that the rate of three algae use inorganic carbon were kelp> Ulva> wakame.The rate of Ulva absorption IC is 0.744μg / g DW ? h, the rate of Wakame absorption IC is 0.49μg / g DW ? h,the rate of kelp absorption IC is 0.83μg / g DW ? h.The growth rate of Ulva was(11.5 ± 0.2)%,Wakame was(6.9 ± 0.57)%,kelp was(6.83 ± 0.99) in text.The carbon, nitrogen, sulfur content of Ulva, kelp,wakame are no significant difference before and after the test. |
