To select the optimal combination of the LeDu long pepper grafting, 10 varieties of capsicum root stock artificial inoculation the fungus are introducted in this experiment, their incidence and disease index is observed, and plant biological characteristics of them is also deterted, and based on this step, strong disease resistance and the optimal growth of pepper root stock is selected, and then grafted with ledu long pepper varieties for the stock, through the determination of their affinity and grafted into the biological characteristics of plants, the final optimal combination is selected.Based on the artificial joint water plants to control(CK),study the mechanism of the resistance to disease.The results showed that:1. No. 2 and No.4 is the root, and the optimal combination of the Ledu long pepper grafting2. For the water plant leaf, MDA, POD and PAL in content had no obvious change,while hot pepper seedlings after inoculation sojae, MDA, POD and PAL content in the leaves change obviously. The result showed that all samples produced interaction reactions with Phytophthora. The autologous grafted rootstock can identificate bacteria faster and their Interaction reaction is obvious, followed grafted; and finally the music are long pepper.3. The disease resistance of plant can be obviously improved after changing the root of ledu long pepper, but compared with stock, resistance was slightly lower, it showed that there was interaction relationship between stock and meet.4. During the interaction process between rootstock pepper and LeDu pepper,rootstock maked LeDu pepper change stomata number and epidermal structure of the blade, so that after grafting a scion of LeDu long pepper, pores become less and skin folds are reduced, and Phytophthora spores land on the surface of the plant harder, and due to less porosity, the infection site also reduces even if the Phytophthora spores backward. During the interaction between grafted and the bacteria, rootstock inducing LeDu long pepper section to formed the disease-related crystal inclusions in the stem,making the grafted seedlings were observed with mycelial growth of Phytophthora.
