Turpan cockfighting rare germplasm resources in China, one of the five famous cockfighting, brave and fierce, famous at home and abroad, included in China’s livestock and poultry species protection in 2006. Thus, the present study the strong aggressive behavior Turpan cockfighting and aggressive behavior weaker Hyline layer as the research object, analyze the differences Turpan cockfighting and Hyline layer growth, and explore the impact on the thyroid axis Turpan cockfighting aggressive behavior, endocrine regulation mechanism depth study Turpan cockfighting aggressive behavior is important,research contents and results are as follows.(1)To understand the Turpan cockfighting and Hyline layer difference in growth with electronic scales weighing0 week, 4 weeks old, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks, 24 weeks old chickens weight. The results showed that in different ages, with the growth, cockfighting and Hyline layer TRH content increased gradually, TH decreased,cockfighting rooster highcontent of TRH and TH. The results can be seen in the relative expression of hypothalamic TRH gene under Turpan cockfighting with Hyline layer amount grows-week-old and growth, on the whole, TRH gene mRNA relative expression levels cockfighting higher than Hyline layer.In summary, Turpan cockfighting has body is tall(tibia length), burly(slaughter rate),thyrotropin releasing hormone(TRH) neurons decreased slowly, TRH and thyroid hormone(TH) at a high level, TRH gene mRNA expression and other high volume adapted to fight the growth characteristics. Therefore, the study results show that in addition to Turpan cockfighting personalized attacks related to their growth and development, also confirmed that the same human thyroid axis aggressive behavior has an important influence.
