According to the domestic existing universal subsoiler existence problems of large tillage resistance,tillage depth is not stable and soil turn serious,this paper explore the mechanism of interaction between soil and equipment,to reduce traction resistance for the purpose.Through the theoretical analysis of vibration of deep loosening mechanism of drag reduction,to establish a“deep loosening shovel and soil” model,the design of vibration subsoiler and design and verification of its key parts,statics and dynamics simulation of key parts,the deep loosening shovel process to simulate the machined vibrating subsoiling machine and prototype field experiments were carried out.Finally,effectiveness of the operation were analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By comparing the vibration deep loosening shovel and non vibration deep loosening shovel in the deep loose in the process of stress analysis that the drag reduction mechanism of vibrating subsoiler;through the establishment of “deep loosening shovel and soil” model analysis the main factors affecting subsoiler tillage resistance vibration frequency,vibration amplitude,vibration angle,forward speed and deep loosening shovel shovel shaped and so on.(2)The design of vibration subsoiling machine complete machine structure,transmission device,a frame,a traction device,a deep loosening shovel and depth adjusting device is designed,and the key components of the deep loosening shovel,three shafts and eccentric sleeve is designed and checked that meet the requirements of design.(3) By ANSYS Workbench on the vibration subsoiler frame and the static analysis,the frame and the subsoiler stress strain and total deformation nephogram,so as to strengthen the weak parts;and the modal analysis of the frame of subsoiler,got the vibration type frame and deep shovel the first 6 natural frequencies and the corresponding,which can avoid the occurrence of resonance;through Adams on the vibration mechanism for dynamic analysis,get the two adjacent deep shovel shovel tip trajectory,displacement,velocity and acceleration curves,the analysis can meet the design requirements of adjacent vibration subsoiler staggered and can provide the reference for the actual movement of subsoiling process;nonlinear dynamic analysis of the display ANSYS LS-DYNA software,established a dynamic finite element analysis model of subsoiling,as to provide theoretical support for drag reduction.(4) Field tillage resistance tests mainly used qualitative of single factor experiment to study the wing shovel,tillage depth and forward speed and vibration of subsoiler tillage resistance effect,it is concluded that in certain conditions,wing shovel tillage resistance than that without shovel wing,but wing shovel of deep loosening effect better;with increase of tilling depth,tillage resistance increases;with increase of the forward speed,tillage resistance increases;vibrating subsoiling is higher than that of no vibration of the tillage resistance small reduction and the average resistance 19.28%.The cross-sectional area of the through deep loosening effect analysis after subsoiling in 0 ~ 40 cm soil solid degree decreased significantly,the average soil water content rate of increase of 6.17%,buried stroke is 2.0m,stability of the tilling depth conforms to the requirements and the vibration of deep loose tillage depth stability slightly larger than not vibrating subsoiling and measurement of deep loosening and form a groove that vibrating subsoiling tillage effect is slightly higher than that of non vibrating subsoiling,and vibrating subsoiling unit slip rate to less than not vibrating subsoiling.
