Abstract/Summary:
Bud thinning has high demand to the manual operation,and plenty of staff are required in the process of the Pleurotus eryngii factory cultivation. The number and location of growth of thepinheads have a direct impact on bud thinning productivity.After scratching,it has a significant influence on the process of mycelium recovery and the formation of primordia and pinheads.Most study about suitable environmental conditions of Pleurotus eryngiiwhich mainly concentrated on the temperature,humidity,CO2 etc wereresearched.However,there were fewer reports about the scratching and light of the Pleurotus eryngii.This experiment talked about scratching and light,which affect mycelium recovery and pinheads growth after Pleurotus eryngii scratching.Method of effectively reducing the number of pinheads of scratching,and the illumination light quality and reasonable illumination time after scratching were researched.This research would provide the efficient,scientific production technology for the Pleurotus eryngii factory cultivation.The major findings were summarized as follows:1. Mycelium recovery process.Mycelium was adaptation in the first day,and in the second day, it grew explosively. It began to become gentle until the fourth day.Mycelium growth had accumulated a lot of nutrition which provided nutrients and energy for its reproductive growth process,Damaged nutrient transferred to damaged location, and nutrition supply full prompted mycelium growth quickly, and new mycelium vibrant, physiological state expression than old mycelium. Under the stimulation of temperature,humidity,light and CO2,new mycelium could show the excitability of a faster response.2. With different ways of scratching,scratches on the wound recovery process were mycelium of roughly the same.3. Scratching area would affect the Pleurotus eryngiipinheads number,and it had a significant positive correlation with the number of the Pleurotus eryngiipinheads.With the increase of scratching area,the Pleurotus eryngiipinheads increased.4. With the Pleurotus eryngii factory cultivation,fixed position scratching can determine the fixed location for mushroom growing.Material surface scratching decided the location of the Pleurotus eryngiipinheads.5. 5minites short illumination mycelium recovery rate was high under the irradiation of blue light. However, 120 minutes also was significantly higher than other processing.Under the irradiation of green light,120 minutes mycelium recovery rate was higher than other processing,and the lowest time processing mycelium recovery rate was not high.However,there were no significant difference with the highest recoverage rate.6. In 5 minutes short light,except in addition to the white light,with the light and dark culture conditions,the mycelium recovery rate was not Significantly different.In 15 minutes short light,dark culture had no significant difference with the yellow light,which had a significant differencewith other light other significant difference.In 60 minutes long light,dark culture the mycelium recovery rate had no significant difference with green,which had a significant difference with other light quality.There was no significant difference between the mycelium recovery rate of dark and other light in the 30 minutes and 120 minutes.7. The pinheads number wasthe least under 30 miniutes of yellow light.Under the irradiation of blue,green,white,with the light time increased to 60 minutes the pinheads number arrived at the peak,which with the light time increased to 120 minutes,the pinheads number declined.8. Dark culture could not form normal primordium and pinheads.In a short time of 5 minutes,the number of blue light pinheads was the most.In 15 minutes,the number of green short light pinheads was the most,and the number of white light pinheads was the least.In 30 minutes of green light thenumber of pinheadswas the largest.In 60 minutes the long blue light pinheads number was the most.In 120 minutes the green light pinheads number was the most.
