Cotton is an important economic crop in the country, which play an important role in the development of the agricultural economy. With the constant adjustment of cotton planting pattern, the traditional transplanting technology can not meet the needs of large-scale cultivation. Containing compressed nutrition pot seed seeding seeds are placed in compression nutrition bowl, then compressed nutrition pot containing seed sown to the field of the new cotton planting method. Compressed nutrition pot containing species live mode mechanized means to achieve the kind of seed box through the relevant mechanical action and compressed nutrition pot storage bin compressed nutrition pot, no need for artificial nutrition prior to seed into the bowl.Live containing levels of compression to achieve nutritional bowl mechanization, not only eliminates the variety of cotton seedling transplanting process, reduce labor intensity, but also improve the quality of the cotton seedlings and cotton production.The present study is based on the actual situation of the cotton-growing agronomic technology, China’s Yangtze River region, and learn from the advanced planting technology, combined with compressed nutrition pot containing species live mode, a new design cotton compressed nutrition pot planter. The contents of this thesis mainly include:(1)According cropping patterns in different regions of the country, to design a cotton compression nutrition bowl planter, the machine can complete ditching, sowing,paving plastic mulch, repression and other processes, the aircraft reasonable structure,easy to operate. Air compression using nutritional bowl cropping pattern, greatly reduce labor and improve production efficiency.(2)Physical and mechanical properties of cotton seeds a study for the design of pneumatic Seeder improve the theoretical basis.
