With the development of the times, the progress of science and technology, the development of agriculture in our country has been gradually moving towards specialization and automation. The development of facility agriculture is in the background of the rise, it has a high technical content. Compared with the traditional agricultural production, the establishment of agriculture can effectively improve the way of production, improve the efficiency of agricultural production at this stage, and increase the income of farmers, so the importance is self-evident. But the working environment in the greenhouse is difficult, the labor intensity is big, and the agricultural equipment that should be used in facility agriculture is badly short. In this context, our task group integrated use of the intelligent control technology of facility agriculture mobile robot key technology was studied, and eventually developed the intelligent mobile platform application in facility agriculture operations. The main research contents and into effect:(1) On the basis of field investigation and Research on the standardization of facilities and agriculture, and with the cooperation of Shanghai British set Automation Co., Ltd., the basic design parameters of the intelligent mobile platform are determined. Through the analysis and arrangement of the existing facilities and agricultural machinery, the vehicle frame of the intelligent mobile platform is designed, which is used as the main controller to realize the motion control of the whole machine. And integrated drive control system and other equipment on the smart mobile platform, and finally realized the research and development of the facility agriculture intelligent mobile platform.(2) The motion control system of the intelligent mobile platform is set up, and the four wheel independent drive based on PID control is realized. In the drive system, the ARM servo controller is designed, and the control mode is mainly the speed closed-loop control. Finally, after debugging and testing, the motion control system of the mobile platform can realize the speed regulation and bearing operation of the whole machine.(3) PC control software. The smart mobile platform can achieve a variety of functions, the main functions are:motion control, bearing, obstacle avoidance, speech recognition, etc.. Considering the complexity of the function of the mobile platform, the design of the host computer software is based on the structure of multi agent. After the test, the above operation can be realized.(4) The performance of the intelligent mobile platform was verified by experiments. Test show that the facility agriculture intelligent mobile platform to realize motion control, load, obstacle avoidance, speech recognition, work content, and control system of intelligent mobile platform can used to coordinate and control the various functions and various algorithms in real time to meet the greenhouse operation requirements.
