Oxygen irrigation can promote root growth of vegetable and crop, it also can increase yield and quality, but there is no application on water-saving irrigation of fruit tree. Taking Ningxia Lingwuchangzao(it called jujube under below) as materials and using single factor randomized complete block principles to set different oxygen concentration as below to irrigate the soil: TRl(5±0.5mg/L), TR2(7±0.5mg/L), TR3(9±0.5mg/L), CK(3±0.5mg/L). The variation of the growth indicators(including length and thickness of the shoot of jujube, leaf area, fresh weight), fruit quanlity and soil nutrient of jujube was detected. Analyzed the changes of different irrigation treatments of oxygen on growth indicators, fruit quality of jujube and soil physical and chemical properties under black film attached conditions to determine the appropriate oxygen concentration. The result shows that: 1.Under 7±0.5mg/L (TR2) treatment, the the length for jujube was longer, the content of chlorophyll was relatively higer, the growth of fresh weigh for leaf and leaf area increased more. Under 9±0.5mg/L (TR3) treatment, the thickening effect of the shoot of jujube was the most significant, the average total nitrogen content of the jujube’s leaves for this test was 3.31%, it was relative lower to control check(CK) situation. The total nitrogen content was the highest under 5±0.5mg/L (TR1) treatment. The average total phosphorus content of the jujube’s leaves for this test was 0.45%, it was sufficient, and the total phosphorus content was the highest under7±0.5mg/L (TR2) treatment. The average total potassium content of the jujube’s leaves for this test was 1.41%, it was relative appropriate, and the total potassium content is the highest under 9±0.5mg/L (TR3). The Leaves organic carbon content is maximum under 5±0.5mg/L (TR1) treatment.2.1rrigation water oxygen concentration of 5±0.5mg/L (TR1) level, the horizontal length and the longitudinal diameter of jujube fruit was the maximum, and the increase of single fruit weight was maximum, the fruit acids was the lowest. Irrigation water oxygen concentration of 7± 0.5mg/L (TR2) level, jujube’s total soluble sugar and vitamin C content increased most, the yield of per plant was the highest (for the average value of 16.82Kg per plant). Under 9±0.5mg/L(TR3) treatment, the fruit setting rate of jujube was the highest reached to 18.85%. Furthermore, different oxygen treatment had no significant influence on the soluble solids.3.The experimental field soil total phosphorus, organic matter, available phosphorus, total salt content decreased obviously under 7±0.5nig/L (TR2) treatment, therefore, it can be a good promotion for jujube’s root to absorb all of the above. Under 9±0.5mg/L (TR3) treatment, the plots of organic matter, available potassium decreased obviously. All the four treatments on soil nitrogen and pH were not significant. To sum up:Under 5±0.5mg/L (TR1) and 7±0.5mg/L (TR2) treatments, it can provide a good promotion for jujube’s growth and fruits’quality, it can be widely used in production.
