Abstract/Summary:
Diseases of the Urinary system are common diseases in the clinical. X-ray photography is one of the important methods for the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.The shape and small changes of renal pelvis, renal pelvis fossae.bladder and ureter could be showed clearly by Intravenous pyelography (IVP). Digital X-ray photography (DR) technology is gradually popularized with the rapid development. DR makes up for the deficiency of the traditional X-ray photography. For exemple low quality, high failure rate and long time consuming, large radiation..At the same time the standard of the imaging examination is greatly improved by the image post-processing software.The accuracy rate of radiographic test was greatly improved by the compination of the IVP and DR.Five methods of IVP were used in the research by using compound Diatrizoate meglumine. Each urinary organ situation and image quality was recorded at different time points of five methods of IVP. And CBC, liver function and renal function test need to be did before and after the experiment.Results show that three kinds of 60% compound Diatrizoate meglumine dose using in 5 experimental groups had no effect on CBC, liver and renal function for the all experimental animals. The image quality of renal in the order from high to low is the method by using low dose of contrast medium with abdominal pressure, the method by using high dose contrast medium, the method by using double dose contrast medium, the method by using double dose contrast medium and hypotensive drug;The development speed of renal sinus, renal pelvis and renal pelvis fossae from fast to slow:the method by using low dose of contrast mrdium with abdominal pressure (9 min), the method by using high dose contrast medium (9 min), the method by using double dose contrast medium and progesterone (15 min), the method by using double dose contrast medium and anisodamine (30 min) and the method by using double dose contrast medium.The image quality from high to low:the method by using low dose of contrast medium with abdominal pressure, the method by using high dose contrast medium, the method by using double dose contrast medium and progesterone, the method by using double dose contrast medium and anisodamine, the method by using double dose contrast medium.The image quality of ureteral: development quality and time point of the method by using low dose of contrast medium with abdominal pressure is highest and most, development quality and time point of the method by using high dose contrast medium is second only to abdominal pressure procedure.In the five methods of IVP, the method by using low dose of contrast medium with abdominal pressure is best than others. the method by using double dose contrast medium and progesterone was recommended to use in clinical.
