This experiment was to study puffed corn stalk fermentation of yanbian cattle feed rumen fermentation in vitro, growth performance, slaughter performance and other effects, in order to pick out which can ensure the nutrient requirements of beef cattle breeding at the same time also can reduce the cost of corn straw feed increase income, provide fodder for the northeast region of Yanbian yellow cattle and other cattle breeding. At the same time to solve the waste of resources and slow down the corn stalk of corn straw caused by burning pollution. Experiment two fitted with permanent rumen fistula in rumen of Yanbian yellow cattle, as the donor of rumen fermentation test, group design was expanded fermentation group and yellow storage group of two test group. Selected twelve months, weight is 350 kg healthy and disease-free yanbian cattle randomly divided into 2 groups, group treatment as control group (yellow storage) (based concentrate+conventional yellow maize straw feed storage), the experimental group (expanded) (based concentrate+puffed corn stalk fermentation feed), feeding experiment, for 180 d of the trial period, growth performance, slaughter performance experiment was carried out.Experiment one:effects of puffed corn stalk fermentation on the rumen of Yanbian yellow cattle in vitro cultureThe results show that the overall trend of the fermentation process of two test groups and various parameters although roughly the same, but different parameters have great differences in different periods. In the whole fermentation process, the total gas production changes obviously, only did not change significantly in the 6h two test group total gas volume (P> 0.05), other time point group expanded the total gas production was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); the pH value has no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two group NH3-N content peak appeared at 12h, and at 12h.24h,48h group expanded NH3-N were significantly higher than that in yellow storage group (P< 0.05); two of the test group MCP peak in 48h. significantly higher than that of yellow storage group in the 6.24.48h group expanded microbial protein concentration (P< 0.05). The other time points between the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05); expanded group of total fatty acid and acetic acid was higher than that of yellow storage group. In 0-3-6 Increasing the total content of fatty acids in -9h slow and there is no significant change (P> 0.05) between the two groups. In 12,24,48,72h point in time the expanded group of total fatty acid content was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); in addition to 3H time point, two groups of acetic acid content did not change significantly, the rest of the time between the expanded group acetic acid content were significantly higher than those of the Yellow storage group (P< 0.05); propionic acid content in 24,48 and 72 hours time difference between the two groups is significant (P< 0.05); the content of butyric acid only yellow storage group at 72h time point was significantly higher than that of expanded group (P< 0.05).Experiment two:the effect of puffed corn stalk fermentation on the growth performance of Yanbian Yellow CattleThe results showed that the weight gain of expanded group and yellow storage group had significant difference (P< 0.05); expanded group average daily gain was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); roughage intake puffed group was significantly higher than that of yellow storage, group (P< 0.05); expanded group roughage intake rate was significantly higher than that of yellow the storage group (P< 0.05); expanded group dry matter intake than the Yellow storage group increased 8.28%; material Bibi yellow storage group expanded group was reduced by 10.18%; expanded group dry matter digestibility was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); expanding group of neutral and acid detergent fiber digestibility was significantly higher than that of yellow the storage group (P< 0.05); expanded group blood sugar content in the normal range was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); the content of alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than the group expanded yellow storage group (P< 0.05); expanded group benefit was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group.Experiment three:the effect of puffed corn stalk fermentation on slaughter performance and meat quality of Yanbian Yellow CattleThe results show that the expanded group slaughter rate was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); expanded weight of meat producing ketone ketone group, were significantly higher than that of expanded group (P< 0.05); expanded group was higher than that of yellow eye muscle area storage group; group expanded drip loss, cooking loss, shear stress is higher than the Yellow storage group. But the difference was not significant (P> 0.05); shear force is greater than the Yellow storage group expanded group; group expanded the crude protein content was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05)); the difference between the two groups of C14:1 were significantly expanded, group was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); group C16:1 was significantly higher than that of puffing yellow storage group (P< 0.05); expanded group C18:2n6c were significantly higher than that in yellow storage group (P< 0.05); expanded group was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05); group expanded the content of unsaturated fatty acid was significantly higher than that of yellow storage group (P< 0.05).In summary, puffed corn stalk fermentation of Yanbian cattle rumen fermentation in vitro, growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality effect. Expanded fermentation corn straw can play a very good fattening effect, and ensiling corn straw compared can significantly reduce the cost increase income. Corn stalks after fermentation of puffing treatment group can be as quality of fattening cattle fodder, is obviously superior to the conventional yellow storage maize straw feed.
