The forest-fire is one of the unexpected and devastating natural disasters, in this sort of places forest-fire happened you’ll hard get out alive without right survival plans, as result, the forest-fire have got rise on many serious casualties every year. However, there are no scientific and effective solutions, which can help us escape form forest fire safely, but numerous survival common senses. Then, if we can show the escape information to survivors in right time and navigate them to safety place, forest-fire were no longer a threat to our life anymore.This paper mainly studies on generating a multi-escaperoute network in forest fire .On the one hand, the way that ecologists plan ecological corridors gives us some ideas and theories to build a multi-escaperoute network generating model in forest. On the other hand, the database technology, communication technology,3S integration technology and Android-application developing technology have been introduced to pass the survival information for survivors in emergency. All of these efforts above will end up with an application that can help survivors in forest fire.The research details shown below:(1)Survival database designing:A Geodatabase has been established to allocate the forest information involved essential forest data and dynamic data in real time, which is necessary for the forest-fire survival application. Meanwhile, we use the SQL Server to manage the spatial data in forest and essential user-info with the Geodatabase and SQL Server are connected via ArcSDE. Finally, Publishing map service by ArcGIS Server.(2)The mobile command center designing:An android APP has been developed to solve this problem. The development environment is Eclipse3.8 with Software Development Kit supporters are Android SDK 4.2 and ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android. The main functions of this APP are:Interaction with server user-information, Loading map service published by Server ArcGIS, Map browsing and querying, positioning and tracking survivors in real time, searching essential user-information and user-location.(3) The Multi-escaperoute network generating in forest fire:Following the example of ecological corridors generating in forest, we established a multi-escaperoute network generating model which influenced by RDLS, stand density, fire distribution, wind field and safety zones. Similarly, Publishing survival information by ArcGIS Server.(4) Application testing:For analyzing the feasibility of this multi-escaperoute network application, we conducting an experiment in YouXi historical forest-fire, and end up with multiple viable escape plans proposed.Forest fire oriented multi-escaperoute network decision-making research can provide emergency survival plan in forest fire with an effective decision-making evidence, but there exist series of problems that need to be solved in the near future: The capacity of forest-fire discriminant is unstable, and the wind direction data in fire area is not accurate enough.
