Prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests in mountain crop is a very serious problem has been facing China’s agriculture. It is of great significance for our country to achieve a comprehensive modernization of agriculture. This paper is mainly studied the low altitude spraying system for mountain crop, the main research contents and results are as follows:Select the six-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the study, proposed design criteria and requirements by analyzing it’s working principle, using solidworks for modeling. Determine the structure of the body central, arm folding member and landing gear. To enhance the wind resistance capability of the UAV, specially designed the machine arm to become upturned 3 as a whole; Landing gear and the body using the rack of kits to install, can add the pesticide easily.Discuss the application of simulation of finite element analysis in structure design. Analyzed static stress of the key components of the six-rotor UAV for pesticides spraying, such as load bearing parts, the rack of kits and arm folding member. As well as analyzing static characteristic of the body central. Finally, trial prototype and debugging flight in the finite element analysis under the premise of meet the strength requirement. In order to analyze the effect of spray droplet deposition of the six-rotor UAV for pesticides spraying, spray test was done at different working heights in the field. Along the height direction of corn in three layers and each layer both front and back of the blade by using droplet test card to obtain the distribution of droplet deposition in different parts of the corn plant. The results showed that:(1) The droplet deposition reached maximum when the working height was 2 meters. When the working height reduced, some droplet penetration the crops directly deposited into the ground for a strong downdraft of the six-rotor UAV, waste the pesticides; but, with the working height increased, droplets will happen evaporation and drift in the process to land.(2) Droplets deposited on the plants are basically middle> upper> lower when UAV spraying. Instructions that the middle leaves had good control effect, and droplets density on positive blade is more than the negative, description that the front blade prevention is superior to the back blades.(3) Droplet distribution uniformity deteriorated with the rise of the working height, explain that the lower the working height, the better droplet distribution.(4) In order to improve the droplets penetrability and deposition density, when environmental temperature is 28℃, relative humidity is 65%, wind speed is less than 1 m/s,2 meters from the top of the plant should be selected as a wording height. In summary, the results of the multi-rotor UAV for pesticide spraying to further optimize design provides a theoretical basis and technical reference. And provide technical basis for the six-rotor UAV in field application, the research has a significance in reasonably spraying pesticide, improving the efficiency of spraying and prevention and control of pests in large areas.
