The Comparative Study Of Atractylon Contents And Protective Enzyme Activities Of Atractylodes Japonica Between Inside And Outside Plastic Greenhouse | | Posted on:2017-02-24 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y N Cheng | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2283330488456822 | Subject:Crop Genetics and Breeding | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The composite plant Atractylodes japonica are perennial compositae plants mainly distributed in northeast China and Japan and it’s a common Chinese medicinal material. The greenhouse effect which lead to the high temperature stress to plants was increased in recent years.Study the changes of physiological and biochemical which under high temperature of Atractylodes japonica has an important significant to the growth and breeding.Atractylodes japonica was the main material in this test. The MDA contents and CAT,POD and SOD activities and total RNA and atractylon contents were measured to observe the changes between different years old and different varieties of Atractylodes japonica about their stress resistance and the changes under the high temperature stress in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the atractylon contents and it’s stress resistance.1. Changes of CAT activities of Atractylodes japonica first went up and then went down. The two years old inside ones were lower than the outside ones and the three years old ones were also lower than the outside ones.2.Changes of POD activities showed that the two years old inside Atractylodes japonica were first went up and then went down. The two years old inside ones were higher than the outside ones. The three years old inside ones were significantly higher than the outside ones.3.Changes of SOD activities showed that it first went up and then went down with the temperature rising continuously. The two years old inside ones were lower than the outside ones. And the three years old inside ones were higher than the outside ones.4.Changes of MDA contents showed that two years old Atractylodes japonica inside the plastic-covered tunnel were higher than the outside ones. The three years old inside ones were higher than the outside ones and they both had a significant difference with each other. MDA contents varied with temperature rising.5. The contents of atractylone showed that the content of the two years old inside ones were higher than the outside ones as the temperature rising. The three years old ones were higher than the outside ones.6. As the temperature rising, changes of the total RNA contents showed that the two years old inside ones were lower than the outside ones. The three years old inside ones were lower than the outside ones. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Atractylodes japonica, Enzyme activities, High temperature stress, RNA, Atractylone | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
