Effects Of Angelica Extract Ant Motherwort Extract Levels On Sow Reproduction Performance And Blood Parameters

This research explored the rule of various blood index from gestation period to weaning of sows, the effects of different levels Angelica extract and Motherwort extract during pregnancy on landrace and large white sows’ reproductive performance、blood physiological and biochemical index、serum hormone index and piglet growth performance were investigated in this research.A total of 56 landrace×large white sows (parity 2～6) were randomly divided into 7 treatments,the per treatments divided 4 repeats,there were 2 sows the per repeats. Animals were allocated to 1×4 factorial experiment comparing Angelica extract and Motherwort extract in 4 levels (0g/kg 0.05g/kg 0.15g/kg 0.10g/kg) during pregnancy. This research started from day 88 of gestation to the 7th day after weaning.The study was as follows:(1) Angelica extract and Motherwort extract increased the feed consumption and have significant (P<0.05), the best choice was 0.15g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.15g/kg Motherwort extract.(2) Angelica extract and Motherwort extract increased ADG and have significant.the best choice was 0.15g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.15g/kg Motherwort extract.(3) Angelica extract and Motherwort extract increased the protein of the milk、the lactose and the dry matter in milk. The combination worked on improving the protein content of colostrum and milk, increasing the milk yield, the best choice was 0.10g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.15g/kg Motherwort extract.(4) Angelica extract improved red cell count、blood platelet count, Motherwort extract improved blood platelet count and decreased the platelet count, the best choice was 0.15g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.10g/kg Motherwort extract.(5) Angelica extract improved the blood platelet、white cell count and IgM of Lactation piglet blood,Motherwort extract improved blood platelet and decreased the platelet count of Lactation piglet blood, the best choice was 0.10g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.05g/kg Motherwort extract.(6) Angelica extract improved prolactin indexe,But Motherwort extract have no significant on Influences of the targets of sows serum hormone, the best choice was 0.15g/kg Angelica extract,with 0.10g/kg Motherwort extract.
