As an important industrial base of coal of China, Pingshuo provide a lot of energy for the economic and social development of China. The coal mining of nearly half a century since the founding of our country,had a serious impact on the mining area ecological environment, causing serious damage to land resources, causing soil degradation. Land reclamation is an important way to restore the ecological environment in mining areas, however, the recovery of soil nutrients in the reclamation district is the key to the success of mine land reclamation. For the needs of mine ecological environment construction of Pingshuo, the research selects the soil nutrients of reclamation area as the research object, through the relevant data collection, has a study of the relation between the soil nutrient and reclamation years, the land use types, NDVI and topography factor systematically. The main findings are as follows:(1) With the increasing reclamation years in Pingshuo, TN, organic C content in the soil accompanied by the increasing reclamation years, there will be greater growth; but the content of TP, effective P, available K, in the reclamation soil,have little to do with the reclamation years.(2) With the increasing of the reclamation years in Pingshuo, these soil properties, such as the TN and the organic C in the soil, whose content will increase with the increasing of the reclamation years. The variation of them is bellowing: the extent of the increasing of them is larger in the early years than that in the late years. With the increasing of the reclamation years, the inceasing of their content gradually leveling off.(3) To different types of land use, the change of soil nutrient use is somewhat different, compared the region whose type of reclamation use is grassland with region whose type of reclamation use is forest, the recovery of them is that : in the first decade, the recovery of the soil nutrients is better than those of the forest. But with the increasing of the reclamation years, the soil nutrients content in the forest region will be better than those in the grassland region in the last.(4)For the study of the spontaneous combustion region in the reclamation area: Spontaneous land in reclamation area whose content of the soil nutrients is much lower than that of surrounding land. And the status of the nutrients content of the spontaneous land is nearly the same with the plot whose reclamation years is as same as that of the spontaneous land has reclamation measures again.(5) Among the NDVI and terrain factors, the relation is positively correlated with TN in the soil are slope, plan curvature, profile curvature, topographic wetness index and NDVI. Negative correlation with TN in the soil are elevation, slope, the bus power index, sediment transport index.(6) For the whole mining area, the regression equation which is based on the relationship between the TN and and terrain factors is invalid. But for the region of the inner dump, the regression equation which is based on the relationship between the TN and and terrain factors is valid.
