In the agricultural machinery,extrusion kneading machine usually involves threshing or defibering system and so on. But this king of machine’s structure is complexity.In order to solve this question, a new structure bearing named curve-groove ball bearing has been designed and manufactured.The bearing can realize circumference rotation and axial reciprocating movement at the same time.Then the shaft will not only complete circumferential extrusion but also achieve axial rubbing.The invention of the curve-groove ball bearing can greatly simplify the structure of extrusion kneading machine and improve the working efficiency of the machine.However, there is no related research on the curve-groove ball bearing both in domestic and international, so it is no results and conclusions can be used for referencing and comparing directly,too. Currently, the development of the curve-groove ball bearing is based on deep groove and angular contact ball bearings,the completed research is limited to stress analysis and simulation in theory.For further discussing the performance and use value of the curve-groove ball bearing,meanwhile,estimating the structure design is reasonable,it is very necessary to conduct experiment.But the existing bearing test equipment can’t meet the test requirements, therefore,this paper developed a dedicated test rig for the curve-groove ball bearing.In this paper,mechanical design theory and three-dimensional modeling software are used to design the general scheme and the key components of the test rig, in addition,establishing the three-dimensional model of the whole test rig.Then on this basis the trial-manufactured for the test rig of curve-groove ball bearing is finished.The main study achievements of this paper are as follows:Firstly, as test object,a series of detailed analysis of curve-groove ball bearing has been made,through this process the test indicators of the test rig that include the force situation of bearing,the axial force 、radial force and torque of spindle is obtained,too;Combining the existing bearing tests and the test rig’s structure and components, so that it is able to summarize the technical requirements、the function requirements、the design issues needed to pay attention. On the foundation of above researches,determining the transmission system of the test rig,four different designing agencies are put forward and choose the optimal solution, eventually completing the overall design on the test rig of curve-groove ball bearing.Secondly,the structures of main components which made up the test rig are designed and drew the engineering drawings;Selecting the models of motor and reducer as well as the size of the gears; The spindle structure and the installation position of each device on the spindle are defined,also the bearing box’s structure is designed;Each loading device is devised and the test range of the sensor is determined.Thirdly,on the basis of the overall design on the test rig and the engineering drawings of components,the modeling flow diagram of the test rig is drew up in the Pro/E program.According to the flow chart,establishing the three-dimensional modeling of each part 、the assembly of parts and the entirety test rig,this can lay the foundation for prototype production.Finally,using the ANSYS workbench software to analyze the structures of spindle and bearing box;making the list of components for prototype and buying the required materials and components.The trial-manufacture and debugging on prototype of the test rig of curve-groove ball bearing is finished.The test rig of curve-groove ball bearing developed by this paper has reasonable design、 simple structure and low cost,avoiding the hidden danger caused by bearing directly installed for testing. This provides important test equipment for the curve-groove ball bearing, and helps to give impetus to the subsequent research of the curve-groove ball bearing.
