It is rich rainfalls, palnts and forage, but them were difficult to store and utiize in south of China.Beside Yangtze river basin rich rape which it belongs to dominant resource, but it is often "increasing output without increasing intake ", so "feed grain reform" is important to ensure farmers increase production and supply high quality pasture for dairy farm. Flammulina velutipes industry has developed rapidly, producing much fungus chaff which belongs to the bulk agricultural by-product resources.Buffalo is important livestock milk and beaf production, mainly in the south, meanwell them are resistance to crude feed, disease resistance, heat resistance etc.In the study, buffalo, rape, chaff of flammulina velutipes is the reseach objection.we make silage rape and microbial-treated flammulina velutipes.,and then,we will evaluate the store form via rumen nylon bag test, laboratory test, feeding test, ect. This study is divided into two parts, involving 6 experiments. Part 1;The influence of whole plant green rape silage on production performance of dairy Buffalo, contains 4 experiments;Part 2 The microbial-treated chaff of flammulina velutipes on the digestibility of milk buffalo utilization effect, contains 2 experiments.Experiment 1: The biomass and nutrient analysis of rape in different growth period. The moisture content decreased gradually in the growth period from196 d to 226 d, meanwell the yield of dry matter content fell form 674kg/mu to 506kg/mu; Crude protein, Ether extract cntent showed a increseing trend. Crude protein(CP) content 9.92%, Ether extract(EE) content 8.82%, Crude fiber(CF) content 42.68% in the growth period of 226 d.Experiment 2: The whole plant green rape silage quality assessment. Green rape in the growth period of 226 d, the moisture content is 70.5% then make rape silage. And then make sensory evaluation and evaluation of nutritive value for rape silage, form silage period of 50 d to 100 d.the result, the CP and EE of rape silage had no significant change, and the content of the crude protein had no significant change with the time of silage, and remained at 11.45% and 9.86%. The content of OM and CF was significantly lower than green rape, when the time of silage was prolonged, and the content of was decreased(P < 0.05).Experiment 3: The degradation rate of main nutrients of rape silage in rumen and its relationship between harvest and silage preservation time.In the rape growth period 196d-226 d, the degradation of DM, CP and EE, CF rate decreased gradually(P< 0.05);After silage, compared to growth of 226d(compared to make silage rape growth period) and in DM and EE degradation rate is lower; CP, CF degradation rate is higher.Experiment 4: The feeding effect of whole plant silage rape on Buffalo. rape silage instead of 0, 20%, 40% buffalo roughage. Roughage diets adding 20%, 40% of silage rape was significantly lower than that of without adding silage rape group(P<0.05), Silage core adding affect palatability of the diet; Compared with adding silage core silage0, 20%,added adding 40% silage core significantly increased(P<0.05) the amount of milk production and improve the milk in the milk protein and lactose content(P<0.05) and serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein content(P<0.05). 3 levels of silagecore added, no significant effect on milk fat percentage of buffalo.Experiment 5:The chaff of flammulina velutipes microbial-treated quality assessment. The chaff of flammulina velutipes the crude protein content rich, reached 11.9%; Ether extract content of 2.29%, Crude fiber content of 25.53%, microbial-treated storage CP content decreased slightly, microbial-treated stored 45 d and 60 d CP content also accounted for dry matter of 10.74%, 11.04%.Experiment 6: The degradation rate of main nutrients of the chaff of of flammulina velutipes microbial-treated in rumen. In rumen of 60 h, dry matter degradation is significantly higher than flammulina velutipes chaff(P<0.05); Ether extract degradation rate were significantly lower than flammulina velutipes chaff(P <0.05).
