Design And Experiment Of Straw Returning Machine Mixing With Fertilizer

Mechanized straw returning is the direct utilization form of straw resource, it could adjust the ratio of carbon and nitrogen in straw when the straw deep returning, and it can beneficial to the fast decomposition of the straw returning. Based on the practice of straw deep returning in Liaoning Province, the field performance test of straw fertilizer is studied, and the main research contents are as follows:(1) The overall structure of straw mixed fertilizer machine is determined, mixed fertilizer machine is composed of a straw chopping collecting device, a fertilizer discharging device, a straw mixing fertilizer and conveying device, a power transmission device and a suspension device, it can complete the straw chopping collection and mix with fertilizer, the straw is transported to opened trench through auger,so that it can achieve the straw mixed with fertilizer.(2) A three-dimensional model of straw mixed fertilizer machine is established by using Solidworks software, and the assembly and interference inspection are carried out by it. the results show that the parts can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness, and the design parameters are reasonable according to the finite element analysis;(3) Performance test and optimization of straw mixed fertilizer machine. In the western of Liaoning Province, the field test is carried out, the shear length of straw, straw mixed fertilizer uniformity and stubble height is determined. The result shows that the operation quality meets the agricultural requirement. Two factors test results show that the rotation speed, the machine forward speed have significant effect on the straw crushing pass rate, and the rotation speed of straw mixed fertilizer machine has a great influence on the passing rate of straw length. When the rotation speed of straw mixed fertilizer machine is 2250 r/min, the machine forward speed is 1.2 m/s, the operation effect is the optimum.
