P. chinensis Bge. usually are dioecious plants,the male plant covers an area but do not produce fruit..The proportion of natural distribution of male and female P. is 1:2.28.The number of female plants was small, and the number of male plants was big.If allocation of male plant less, the female plant fertilization can not be ensured.Even if the female plant is solid propagation and bear fruit late. It is not easy to maintain good traits.That is an important cause of low yield.The discovery of precious resources of monoecious brings hope to cultivation.So we need to get more excellent characters of monoecious resources. Because of age greater, breed ing is difficult,this study on the basis of investigation on the germplasm resources, using monoecious resources,To research sown the same year, when the grafting techniques, through anvil high branch grafting, tissue culture. explore short time to obtain high propagation coefficient, high quality, early fruiting monoecious seedlings, in order to monoecious excellent resources utilization of lay the foundation for raise per unit area yield and production efficiency.The main results were as follows:1、Preliminary find out the Tangxian monoecious P. biological characteristics, monoecious P. were 50 years more than trees, larger crown, flowering in mid April.2、Through the study of monoecious P. different scion type and branch grafting and bud grafting method. The results show that:to 6-year scattered seedlings of P. rootstock, grafting survival rate is generally higher than the budding, bark grafting average survival rate is the highest 88.33%, and bud grafting average survival rate was 50.00%; branches of Lb5,Lb1 female flowers average survival rate was the highest, respectively, for 76.67%,73.33%, the highest were higher than other types.3、Studies on the culture of the stock in the year and the grafting of the year.The results showed that the layer of low-temperature 105d product, GA3 treatment is beneficial to seed germination.But there was no significant effect on Seedling Quality.Seedling fertilizer had a certain promotion effect on seedling quality.After fertilizer application, seedling diameter, seedling height were up to 29mm, 12.2cm, and was higher than that without fertilization.The survival rate of the grafted stocks was the highest, up to 66.67% in the year when the diameter of the stock was above 0.80cm.4、Studies on the P.tissue culture of stem segments of sterilization time and concentration, explant, basic culture medium, hormone and hormone combinations, proliferation culture medium selection of inquiry.The results indicated that the explants used semi lignified stems that yield the highest 74.35%; with 10% NaClO 12min, pollution rate lowest 29.00%; 1/2DKW basic medium is best, rate was 91.67%; The most suitable hormone combination was 6-BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L;In 1/2DKW+6-BA4.0mg/L+ 1BA0.02mg/L+NAA0.02mg/L proliferation medium, some axillary bud germinating but not obvious, and should choose primary growth good primary seedlings to bud induction.
