Selenium as trace elements necessary to maintain human health, human health plays a very important role. In order to understand the situation of human selenium deficiency, related scholars and experts began to analyze and research on selenium absorption crop condition. In China, rice is a staple food of the people’s favorite, in order to protect people’s healthy diet, be sure to make the rice quality has improved. The rapid development of society, people’s living standards gradually improved, people pay more attention to health care, health, began the pursuit of green rice healthy eating trend. In this social trend, people began to focus on research and development of healthy nutrition of rice. In order to make crops contain more selenium, people began to use fertilizer and selenium selenite and other measures to produce selenium-enriched rice. Sodium selenite has a selenium content of rice to enhance the effect of some aspects, but also a certain increase yield, but low selenium utilization, high cost, while not easy to achieve the effect of selenium-rich, and easy because of excessive administration of the crop hazard.Se-rich organic foliar fertilizer is a new order to meet these needs arise, and its subject is chelated selenium, in order to develop such a fertilizer, we spend a lot of energy. The new fertilizer has several advantages, on the one hand it does not hurt the crop itself, on the other hand it can promote the healthy growth of crops, to achieve efficient use of selenium.The test is divided into two groups: respectively spraying sodium selenite and selenium chelated foliar leaf in the rice full heading stage. Mainly through the two sets of experiments and comparative analysis, research impact spraying selenium chelate fertilizer and pure sodium selenite on rice yield, quality, selenium content of brown rice; rice plants discuss the two selenium absorption capacity; while the two fertilizer contrast, in order to achieve increase revenue, protect the environment, improve rice quality, they produce a very satisfactory Rich rice. The results were as follows:(1) Foliar application of selenium fertilizer can significantly improve rice and brown rice stem selenium content, and with the increase of the applied selenium content of selenium source and amount of the increase. Two trials were sprayed at a concentration of 10mg/kg, the highest selenium content in brown rice. Spraying sodium selenite selenium content of brown rice reached0.142mg/kg; Spraying chelated selenium selenium content reached 0.236mg/kg.(2) Spraying Se fertilizer to increase rice yield, yield increase with the increase in the amount of selenium, suggesting that foliar application of selenium fertilizer can increase rice yield to someextent. In this experiment, a group of spraying sodium selenite, spraying at a concentration of8.0mg/kg, the yield of the best, reaching 16.78%; spraying a chelated selenium group, spraying concentration of 10.0mg/kg, the best yield, reaching 19.30%.(3) Foliar application of selenium fertilizer can significantly improve rice quality, improved rice milled rice, amylose content and gel consistency, reduce chalkiness, but also improve the protein content of rice, has little effect on the appearance quality of rice.(4) Spraying Se concentration at the same premise, from the test results that: spraying foliar application of chelated selenium than pure sodium selenite selenium content can enhance the yield of rice and brown rice, selenium spraying chelation treatment rice quality is significantly higher than the spraying sodium selenite treatment. It showed that foliar application of selenium chelate is more easily absorbed and used more effectively to improve rice production and improve selenium content of rice plants and improve rice quality than pure sodium selenite.
