Cranberry is a kind of cash crops which is high economic value and high payback, and the demand of Cranberry is increasing day by day in China. Based on the special agricultural requirement of cranberry transplanting and the basic condition of the cranberry planting in China, the planting pattern of cranberry abroad can not adapt to the situation of China, and the transplanting machine on the market in China can not meet the requirement of cranberry transplanting.In order to mechanize the cranberry transplanting in China, In this paper, The author analyzed the working principle and characteristics of the most transplanting machine in market combination with cranberry transplanting requirements, and comprehensive analyzed the present condition and the primary tendency of transplanting machinery at home and abroad and the main factors of restricting development, Found the following problems: The price of cranberry seedling is cheap abroad. so Cranberry seeding can be sowed in a large area, but China cannot meet the demand of cranberry seedlings; Transplanting machine in domestic market can not meet the precise and efficient cranberry planting pattern.Aiming at these problems, the authors identified flexible disc cranberry transplanting machine as the research object, and designed the scheme for the flexible disc transplanting mechanism and the seedling conveying mechanism of synchronous belt. The following is the main research content:(1) According to the agronomic requirements of cranberry transplanting and the status of transplanting machine in China, designed the flexible disc transplanting mechanism and synchronous belt mechanism to transplant the cranberry seedlings.(2) Based on the movement of flexible disc, determined the trajectory of flexible disc that meet requirements of cranberry planting, and kinematical analysis on the movement of the seedlings is carried out., Main design parameters are calculated, Providing theoretical basis for the design of cranberry transplanting machine.(3) According to the working principle of cranberry transplanting machine, design and optimize the structure of the whole machine, transmission system and the key parts of the whole machine.(4) Combined with a modern designing method, The three-dimension solid model of the transplanting machine has been established, and the structure assembly and Interference inspection have been accomplished too by UG NX8.0.(5) The key mechanism of the cranberry transplanting machine and virtual simulation experiment of the whole machine is Completed, and analyzing the results of simulation by the post-processing software. the rationality of cranberry transplanting machine is proven According to the results of simulation, and the unreasonable place of the overall design is modified.The author designed a flexible disc cranberry transplanting machine through the above research, and The results of Virtual simulation test show that the flexible disc cranberry transplanting machine can satisfy the agronomic requirements of cranberry transplanting, and Verified the flexible disc transplanting trajectory accords with transplanting.
