| Currently, the transportation of the seedlings from the ridge to the rice seedling transporter is mostly completed by manpower,which need strong labor to complete it in the muddy seedling bed by shoulder. It has a tough working conditions and large labor intensity which occupy more personnel and low working efficiency.In order to fill in the gap of the whole mechanization of the seedlings’ transportation, this paper put emphasis on the development of the seedling transportation system,then designing a kind of rice seedling transporter to put transporting seedlings to the transporter and supplying seedlings to the seedling planting machine simultaneously into practice,which avoid the transplanter running back and forth, greatly improved the efficiency of planting and reduced the labor intensity of the farmers.The following is the primary coverage of this paper :Firstly,to consider the leak tightness of machine, make it change direction neatly,traversing easily,steadily and no wheel clogging when transporting in the field;to research on the spread of wheels,the wheelbase and the minimum clearance to the ground of the seedlings transporter;to scheme out the key parts of the seedlings transporter,ensuring the reliability and practicability of the machine;to study the style of the transporter,in order to reduce the impariment of seedlings when transporting it from the ridge to transporter,ensure there is little broken seedlings and improve the seedlings’ survival rate.Secondly,to model the designed rice seedling transporter by 3D,next, put the simplified models into dynamic simulation software ADAMS and do the softens,constraints,load and simulated motion by ADAMS,then express the simulation results in gragh.To select the three position adjacent,s block to analysis at the beginning of simulation,study on the position,velocity and block internal force during the motion of conveyor belt.Finally,to complete productive work of rice seedling transporter, drive in the filed road and research of working in paddy field,in order to detect and check up on it; to complete dynamic performance test of conveying ladder in the laboratory to validate the rationality of the dynamic analysis after simplified. |
