Research On Garden Plant Species Resources And Their Diversity In Dongsing City,Guangxi

As the only port city adjacent to the ASEAN countries, Dongxing city has a rich landscape plant resources. Dongxing city is also a starting point of "21st century Marine silk road", which has a advantageous geographical position. Dongxing city, therefore, not only represents the scenery in the eyes of the asean countries in China, or China’s unique south-west tourism resort. However, some research words about garden plant landscape, plant species and urban landscape constructions are still less. In this paper, the typical sampling and random sampling methods were used to select 37 green units in Dongxing city garden green space system. Through investigation and statistics on the species composition, life form, ornamental characteristics and application frequency, the paper chose 75 sample plots to record the landscape plant community. And summarize the characteristics of garden plants in Dongxing city, analyze the main problems, and put forward some suggestions. Survey and analysis results are as follows:1. Survey resultsThere are 275species of landscape plants in Dongxing city, belonging to 79families and 207 genera. The fern 11 families,11 genera and 11 kinds of species, gymnosperms 7 families,8 genera and 19 kinds of species, angiosperms,61 families,188 genera and 245 kinds of species (including dicots 43 families,148 genera and 177 species, monocots 18 families,40 genera and 68 kinds of species. Among them, the plants of the palm family have the largest variety, reaching 17 genera and 21 species, which reflects the characteristics of the tropical garden city in Dongxing city.2. Plant species.There are 108 kinds of native garden plants in garden plants in Dongxing city (belonging to 56 families and 67 genera), garden plant species accounted for only 39.82% of the total species; 163 species of exotic plants (belonging to 62 families and 137 genera), accounting for 59.27% of the total species of garden plant material; naturalized plant 4 species (belonging to 3 families and 4 genera), accounting for garden plants the total species 1.45%. Invasive plant species in the domestic introduction 78 kinds of plants (belonging to 37 families and 63 genera), accounting for 28.36% of the total species of garden plant species introduction; The overseas introduction 85 kinds of plants (belonging to 42 families and 69 genera), accounting for the total number of species of garden plant species 30.92%. The results of this study show that the number of native garden plants applicated in Dongxing city is in low proportion, by increasing the proportion of native plant application, enrich the diversity of garden plant species and improve the ecological benefits of green garden.3.The living type of plantThere are 181 kinds of garden plants in Dongxing city(Belonging to 58 families,137 genera), and the garden plant species accounted for 65.82%; There are 59 kinds of shrubs(Belonging to 40 families,49 genera), accounted for 21.45%; There are 10 kinds of liana (Belonging to 10 families,10 genera), accounted for 3.64%; There are 25 kinds of herbaceous plant (Belonging to 18 families,21 genera), accounted for 9.09%. The total number of evergreen plantsis were four times more than deciduous plantsis, the proportion of evergreen and deciduous was 4.151:1, and the different of green area had different proportion, the hightest proportion was square’s green.4.The Treasure endangered plants’CharacteristicGarden plant had many treasure endangered plants in Dongxing city. There are 36 species of national key protection of wild plant and garden plant species of Guangxi,accounting for 13.09% of the total number of species of plants.The results of the investigation and statistics, garden plants including 29 species of national key protection of wild plant, accounting for10.55% of the total number of species of plants. The grade Ⅰ national key protected plant species have9, the grade Ⅱ national key protected plant species have 19, the grade Ⅲ national key protected plant species have 1; Column into the plant have 19, accounted for 5.9% of the total number of species of garden plant species; National key protected wild plant resources secondary survey of 18, accounted for 6.55% of the total number of species of garden plant species; Belongs to the Guangxi Key Protected plants (the first batch) 18, accounting for 6.55%.; The first of protecting plant species of Guangxi have 7,accounted for 2.55%5. The community characteristics of green plantDongxing city garden green space system of plant community by combination, such as trees, shrubs and herbs, green space system of plant community types mainly include tropical rain forest, subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest. The main part of plant community tree layer were Mango, Almond, Lobules rong, Sugar gum trees, Olive kernel, Syzygrum jambolanum; The main part of plant community shrub layer were Bougainvillea, Safflower, Red hibiscus, Fujian tea, Ji wood, Soo wong, brown bamboo; The main part of plant community herbal layer was zoysia matrella. The herbal species had less used in landscape. Therefore, in order to improve the plant community diversity, keep stability of plant community, increasing herbaceous plant breeding is very important.7. The species diversity of landscape plantsThe Patrick’s S of phytocoenosium swings are 3 to 19 in the normal range,and the higtest, the residential’s green space, was 19. Among them, there are 10 community whose Patrick index is higher, accounting for community 3.64%. Sinpson D District green space of shrub layer was the largest, amounting to 0.965, and Plaza green space and herb layer is the lowest, only 0.737. Sinpson D District in the shrub layer is maximum in various types of landscape plant community, and the second is the arbor layer, and the lowest is a herbaceous layer. In terms of Pielou evenness index (JSW) homogeneity and uniformity index (Jsi), Dongxing city Garden Plant Community in tree layer uniformity is the largest, followed by the shrub layer, the minimum is a herbaceous layer. In all kinds of green space and uniformity of JSI has broadly consistent with the trend.In the garden construction of Dongxing city, in order to make the herb layer in the artificial plant community has good species diversity which can realize the rational community structure of the community, it is necessary to increase the number of herbaceous plant research s in the garden plant breeding work.
