The experiment selects the potted experiment, Miao Te Kai activator is the main research material, The Medina activator is a comparison, the study focus on the effects of Miao Te Kai activator on the rice seedlings, it combined with the earthworm dung of organic manure and nitrogen fertilizer to observe the interaction between them, using completely randomized experiment method. The main results were as follows:(1)It were increased with the growth of seedlings to rice seedlings in plant height, stem width, total root number, root volume, leaf erection length, leaf area, dry weight and fresh weight, change of the seedlings white root number appear first increase then decrease. with the increase of the activator application rate, it were increased to seedling plant height, stem width, total root number, root volume, leaf erection length, leaf area, dry weight and fresh weight; The seedlings white root number of Medina activator B2 application rate are maximum. The seedlings white root number of Miao Te Kai activator B1 and B2 application rate showed a trend of first increased and then decreased, The seedlings white root number of Miao Te Kai activator B3 application rate has been showed increasing trend, The seedlings white root number of B2 application rate were the highest in the previous two sampling, it was the highest to the seedlings white root number of B3 application rate in the third sampling. Compared two kinds of activator, all of the above indexes of Miao Te Kai activator three application rate were higher than the Medina activator.(2) It is the best to white root number, leaf erection length total number of root, leaf area and fresh weight of rice seedlings at the B3 application rate of Miao Te Kai interacting with earthworm dung; It is better to Seedling root volume at the B2 application rate of Miao Te Kai interacting with earthworm dung; seedling stem width is the largest at the B3 application rate of Miao Te Kai interacting with without earthworm dung. In the Miao Te Kai interaction with the nitrogen fertilizer, seedling plant height, leaf area, leaf number, leaf erection length, root volume and fresh weight was not significant; total root number of seedlings were the largest of B3 application rate interaction with nitrogen fertilizer; seedling stem width is the largest of B3 application rate interaction with without nitrogen fertilizer.(3) With the growth of rice seedling, it is tend to decline to chlorophyll, soluble protein, soluble sugar, total nitrogen and total phosphorus levels of rice seedlings, total potassium content of the seedlings is increased then decreased, chlorophyll, soluble protein, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium content of rice seedlings are increased than CK, soluble sugar content of the seedlings is decreased than CK. with the increase of Miao Te Kai application rate, it is increased to chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, total nitrogen and total potassium content of rice seedlings, total phosphorus content of seedlings is the highest Miao Te Kai B2 application rate.(4)Each application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with earthworm dung has huge promoting effect to the rice seedlings, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, total phosphorus and total potassium content is the highest of B3 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with earthworm dung, so they have synergy; soluble protein content of seedling is the highest of B1 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with earthworm dung;total nitrogen content of the seedlings is the highest of B2 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with earthworm dung.(5)According to research the influence of seedling, total nitrogen soluble protein content and total phosphorus content of rice seedlings is the highest of B3 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with nitrogen fertilizer, chlorophyll content of the seedlings is highest of B3 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with without nitrogen fertilizer. soluble sugar content of seedling is the highest of B2 application rate of Miao Te Kai interaction with nitrogen fertilizer. They was not significant effects on total phosphorus content of the seedlings.(6) It is the highest to soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus and available phosphorus content of activator B3 application rate; It is the highest to the total potassium, available nitrogen, available potassium and organic matter content of activator B2 application rate. soil most indicators of using Miao Te Kai were higher than CK. soil available nitrogen, available potassium, total potassium, total phosphorus, available phosphorus content of application rate Miao Te Kai interaction with earthworm dung and nitrogen fertilize is highest when the optimal proportion of each are not identical, but it is no significant effects on soil total nitrogen and organic matter content.
