As one of the world’s major food crops, unit area yield of corn among the world’s top. With the rapid development of gene technology, transgenic plants made a breakthrough, new varieties of GMC play a significant role in improving agricultural production. Meanwhile, with the rapid expansion of commercial development, GMC have become the most widely grown produce modern. Because GMC appeared later than conventional crops, human can’t make a conclusion of its long-term safety, so the safety of GMC has become a social hot spot. China is the sixth largest country of planting GMC, after lifting the import restrictions in 2009, large quantities of corn entered. However, there are many arguments on the safety of GMF. In order to avoid the impact of new transgenic technology to our national agriculture security and economic interests, also the risk to the ecological environment and consumer groups caused by foreign GMO, identifying and detecting to GM maize before its commercialization, is very important to safeguard consumers’rights and standardize the management of genetically modified products.GM maize BT11 is developed by Syngenta with insect resistance and herbicide tolerance characteristics, GM maize T-25 is developed by Bayer with glufosinate herbicide properties, always used to process food and feed. With the rapid development of the theory and techniques of molecular biology, based on PCR, many new identification of transgenic technology appears. Among them, LAMP is specificity, rapid, sensitive, low-cost and simple operation, which is suitable for inspection and quarantine, with broad application prospect. The issue established the LAMP detection method for GM maize BT11 and GM maize T-25. According to the particular genes of them, the study has designed six specific primers, so that the identification can be finished less than one hour in isothermal conditions and improvised devices. The results is easy to estimate, not only save the time, but also reduce the cost, the verification experiment showed that the system is specificity, high sensitivity, good stability, which can be used as a useful complement to traditional detection methods.
