This paper describes a joint of brush and spring wire seed metering device design and experimental analysis of a suitable rapeseed planting, the main contents are as follows:(1)Structural design of seed metering. With SolidWorks software design seed metering virtual prototype, to verify the feasibility and reasonableness of the movement assembly to achieve, for the manufacture seed metering provides technical documents.(2)Seed metering simulation analysis. EDEM software using discrete element for seed metering virtual prototype simulation analysis, research trajectories seeds in the seed metering and performance parameters of each angle, and conducted univariate and multivariate simulation. Univariate tests showed:When 30r/min each row seeding rate to achieve the best consistency. Multivariate results showed that:the impact seeding uniformity coefficient of variation of primary and secondary factors were:speed C, type pulley diameter hole A, type hole Rows B. Affect the consistency of each line emission coefficient of variation of primary and secondary factors were:speed C, shaped hole Rows B, model-hole diameter A; The coefficient of variation seeding uniformity minimum factor level combination A2B2C1, namely round-shaped hole outside diameter 140mm, type the number of rows of holes 14, when the speed of 20rpm, seeding uniformity of the best; Each row seeding uniformity coefficient of variation of the minimum amount of factor level combination A1B2C2, that type of hole round outer diameter 75mm, type the number of rows of holes 14, when the speed of 30rpm, each row seeding rate optimal consistency. For seed metering structure parameters and parameter optimization work provides a theoretical basis.(3) Experimental study of seed metering. In the test stand to each row seeding rate consistency coefficient of variation, the total amount of stability coefficient of variation sowing seeds damaged main evaluation was carried out single factor test and orthogonal experiment. Univariate results showed that:when the speed is 30r/min, each row seeding rate consistent with variable coefficients and total stability factor seeding rate is better, when the brush wheel speed 60r/min~150r/min each index is better. Orthogonal test results showed that:the best combination of performance seeding A2B1C3D3, namely type A hole round that speed is 30r/min, round brush hair long unilateral B is 6mm, the top wire inclination C for 45o, brush wheels D for speed 120r/min, the various evaluation indicators are better.The optimal working conditions of the seeding uniformity test results show that:the metering device uniformity coefficient of variation was 7.6%, compared with the discrete element software EDEM, and the simulation results are similar, but also to verify the credibility of the simulation results.This design of a joint clearing brush and spring wire seed metering device, the evaluation of the coefficient of variation are small, good seed performance, meet the design requirements.
