This paper considers a class of low-cost and high-efficiency breeding technical problems on spreading the clone fine variety of Armeniaca sibirica, which are urgent to be solved. In this thesis, we conduct a systematic research of the scion grafting and bud grafting technology for the fine Armeniaca sibirica variety through orthogonal test, contrast test and some other tests and discuss the grafting survival principle about the change of enzyme activity and nutrient content in the grafting survival process. The main results of the research are as follows:(1) The orthogonal test of scion grafting shows that the relationship of the remarkable influential factors for the grafting survival rate is:age of mother trees>location of picking panicle>length of cant scions>height of grafting. The relationship of remarkable influential factors for the grafting shoots thickness is:height of grafting>location of picking panicle>length of cant scion>age of mother trees. There relationship of remarkable influential factors for the length of grafting shoots is:age of mother trees>height of grafting >length of cant scion>location of picking panicle. There is notable difference among different combinations of scion grafting, and No.7(length of cant scion,1.5cm, age of mother trees,1 year, location of picking panicle, bottom branches, height of grafting, 1cm) and No.9(length of cant scion,1.5cm, age of mother trees,10 years, location of picking panicle, middle branches, height of grafting,1 cm) give better performance of scion grafting.(2) The contrast test of scion grafting indicates that the grafting survival rate of the morning grafting is significantly higher than the noon grafting and the afternoon grafting. The grafting survival rate of using container seeding as grafting rootstock is higher than using bared-rooted seeding. The grafting survival rate of no irrigation on the rootstock before grafting is higher than irrigation on the rootstock.(3) The orthogonal test of bud grafting shows that the length of bud piece and the location of taking bud have significant influence on bud grafting survival rate:length of bud piece> location of taking bud> height of grafting. There is considerably great difference on the grafting effects among different levels of different factors:in the length of bud piece,2cm>2.5cm>1cm; in the location of taking bud, top of the bud>middle of the bud> bottom of the bud; in the grafting height,5 cm>10 cm>15 cm. There is great difference among different combinations of bud grafting.(4) The contrast test of bud grafting indicates that there is extremely great difference of the bud grafting survival rates among different varieties of Armeniaca sibirica: Tianfeng>CK>Armeniaca sibirica No.3>Armeniaca sibirica No.2>Armeniaca sibirica No.l.(5) The comprehensive analysis of the technical and economic effects shows that the nursery stocks by No.7 technology combination of scion grafting(length of cant scion,1.5cm, age of mother trees,1 year, location of picking panicle, bottom branches, height of grafting, lcm) andNo.6 technology combination of bud grafting(location of picking panicle, bottom branches, length of bud piece,2cm, height of grafting, 1cm)have lower production costs and higher utilization of fine variety.(6) By analyzing the change of enzyme activity(POD、 PPO)and the nutrient content(soluble sugar, crude starch, soluble protein) at the union in the fine variety of Armeniaca sibirica grafting survival process, we find that they share the trend of raising at first and then decreasing, which provides certain scientific basis for further research on the grafting survival principle of Armeniaca sibirica. This study proposes a key breeding technology of the fine variety of Armeniaca sibirica, which is low-cost and high-efficiency and provides technical support for promoting the fine variety of Armeniaca sibirica afford station.
