This paper was conducted using Shengding No.2 as tested soybean varieties, foliaring different types and concentration Selenium fertilizers at branching,flowering and swelling stage of soybean leaves.by measuring the selenium content of various organs of soybean,yield,dry weight,physiological and biochemical characteristics and other indicators,studied the effect of foliar application of Se on growth,yield,nutritional quality,and heavy metal content of soybean grain.The major findings are as follows:(1)Different types of Se fertilizers can improved the Se content of soybean organs(leaves,stems,pods and grain) at swelling.Se content in soybean organs were raised significantly with increase of Se fertilizer levels. At harvesting,the Se content was biggest of soybean grain.The Se content of C1-C4 treatment was 0.1107mg/kg,0.2732mg/kg,0.1212mg/kg and 0.2810 mg/kg. Compared with Na2 Se O3 treatment, the morphology of Selenium-rich foliar fertilizer was chelated Se,more conducive to the absorption and utilization of soybean plants. Se content was a little higher than the treatment of Na2SeO3.But there is no significance among different treatments.(2)Foliaring different types of Se fertilizers can improve the yield. The yield of C1-C4 was higher than CK with 0.30%,5.40%,4.08% and 7.55%,the treatment of C4 was the best. Selenium also can promote the accumulation of each period of soybean stems, leaves and pods dry matter. The ground dry weight of Se treatments were also higher than CK,stimulate crop growth and development.(3)After foliar application of selenium fertilizer, can produce a benign impact on the soybean leaves antioxidant system. Soybean activity(GSH-Px, SOD and POD) were improved,and reduced the accumulation of body MDA content,Soybean dynamic equilibrium of the body’s antioxidant system can be effectively regulated. Chlorophyll and soluble sugar content were significantly increased,photosynthetic capacity was improved. There was a significant increase in soluble protein of crop leaves content. In general,Se fertilizer can increased the antioxidant capacity of soybean,and delayed the soybean later physiology period senility. The effect of C2,C3,C4 treatment was remarkable.(4)Selenium also can increased the protein content of the grain. Under condition of C4 fertilization treatment, protein content was increased with 9.09 percentage points. Selenium promote the effective absorption of Fe in the grain, the nutritional quality of soybean seed was improved.(5)Low concentration of Se(C1 and C3 treatment) for the antagonistic effect of heavy metals in soybean seeds is not significant. When applying Se reached 30 g / hm2,Inhibition growing,can reduce the accumulation of Pb,Cd,Hg.(6)Comprehensive assessment of the effect of applying selenium,the test showed that Selenium-rich foliar fertilizer(C4)can increase the yield best, and the physical and chemical indicators had reached the best, and so recommended as the most suitable dose to spray.In future studies,require further evaluation as do large scale theoretical basis.
