The proportion of Segmented harvested in Heilongjiang rice harvest way is increasing,improve the quality of rice wind-rower of laying is very important to the development of the segmentation harvest, scattered device is the key to improve the quality of rice wind-rower of laying parts. In this paper, according to the agronomic requirements of rice cut bask, the theoretical analysis, the virtual prototype, the study of experimental to study the laying effect of rice wind-rower.This paper designed the three forms of spread, respectively, spiral vane type powder spread,scattered in the concave convex side shop, scattered in the concave side convex shop, design the experimental machine based on the cutting machine of 4SZ-4.2 rice wind-rower, and designed the virtual prototype of experimental machine. Based on the the virtual prototype, it found that the motion parameters of laying process of spiral vane type powder spread is better than scattered in the concave convex side shop and scattered in the concave side convex shop by contrast dynamics simulation; through the vibration modal analysis found that in the process of laying spiral blade vibration impact on the experiment results of scattered shop is minimal; in the subsequent spread of formal verification test of the spiral blade is verified test effect of scattered shop shop is better than the other two are scattered, subsequent test will also be on spiral vane type loose laying device.The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment based on the spiral vane type powder spread, there is a experiment of rice stem spiked in front of the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Influence the effect of rice laying determined by orthogonal experiments the optimal combination of helical vane type powder spread and laying belt speed ratio of 4, spiral vane type powder spread apparatus and the level of intermediate belt end distance is 11 mm, spiral blade scattered among shop and laying belt between the vertical height of 0 mm, spiral vane type powder spread speed of 600 r/min, verification experiment shows that the combination of rice under effect of laying close to best indicator.
