Agroforestry wastes is a kind of potential utilization value of agricultural resources, is a kind of misplaced resources. Processing is the basic way of agricultural waste resource utilization, which is of great significance to truly achieve agricultural waste becomes "waste" as the "treasure", reduce the pressure on our energy, protect the ecological environment, promote the agricultural sustainable development. Lu,shan county was severely damaged after a strong 4.20 earthquake, at present is to be solved in addition to infrastructure and industrial reconstruction problem. Based on ya ’an region’s rich bamboo wood, crops straw as raw materials for the training, Dictyophora introduction experiment, Dictyophora formula and adding Dictyophora mushroom fungus chaff cultivation experiments were respectively designed to explore to obtain the planting flora pattern of the Dictyophora as the main body of ecology.the tests carried out from November 2013 to November 2014 at sichuan agricultural university farmland in ya ’an. The main results were as follows:1) the difference of four cultivation substrates Dictyophora is effect, and the mushroom bud of all the bamboo chip, the maximum number of 95,65% of bamboo chip+35% sawdust processing times, is 19, the other two cultivation processing mushroom grey number is 1,0, respectively.2) the results of four cultivation material to the spine of the Dictyophora, mycelial growth rate, growth potential, mushroom bud number, Dictyophora the total weight of fresh weight, dry weight and total weight are consistent with the the influence of biological efficiency, the main cultivation of 60% bamboo shavings+40% sawdust A2 to deal with the optimal, is significantly better than the other three types of substrates, the main cultivation ingredient of 100% bamboo chip times. The conversion output of dried Dictyophora of 60% of bamboo chip+40% sawdust processing is 65.34 kg/667 m2, higher than 100% bamboo chip processing; the biological efficiency of bamboo chip+40% or 60% of wood processing was 22.177%, significantly higher than the other four kinds of main cultivation,100% bamboo chip processing times, the biological efficiency was 8.368% on average3)the total amino acids and more tasty amino acids content, baby amino acids and aromatic amino acid content of bamboo shavings+40% sawdust 60% is the highest in the four kinds of substrates.the protein nutritional value comparison of 60% the bamboo chip+40% sawdust is the best According to the the perspective of the protein evaluation of Dictyophora amino acid score,EAARR, and SRC value.4)the difference of adding different amount of EM on Dictyophora yield was not significant. The total amino acid content, umami amino acid content, baby amino acids and aromatic amino acid content of the treatment of Adding 1%,2% of EM treatment is better than the treatment of adding 0% and 3%; the treatment of add 2% and 3% of EM is better according to the the perspective of the protein evaluation of Dictyophora amino acid score,EAARR, and SRC value.5) mushroom mycelium growth rate, weight of individual flowers and biological efficiency dropped with the increase of adding Dictyophora bacterial chaff proportion, and the substrates pollution rate of adding a high proportion of is higher, there were no difference between Add 30% bacterial chaff processing and using new material cultivation according to the mushroom mycelium growth rate, single weight, biological efficiency and pollution rate. The first tide mushroom biological efficiency of adding 30% bacterial chaff processing was 31.39%. Adding a certain proportion of visible Dictyophora fungus chaff can replace part of the new substrates, save costs and realize the recycling utilization of bacterial chaff.
