Fusarium head blight (FHB) is one of the major diseases of wheat in the world. To develop and use resistant varieties is an important mean to control the disease, and wild cross is an key method to transfer the alien resistance into wheat genetic background. In this study, we identify the scab resistance of the new lines L658,L661, L693, L696 and L699 with described methods both single flower injiection and spores smearing, which selected from the cross of MY11 and Yu25, Yu25 comes fron the wild hybrization betweem wheat and Thinopyrum intermedium. We recorded the disease developmetn after inocultion of each weak, and then the data was used to statistical analysis. The results showed that all L6 line is good resistant source for initial infection, except L661 is susceptible lines which is bad on initial infection. In addition, these germplasm also are still effective to stripe rust and powder mildew. The QTL work prove that the L6 lines have cloest relationship with MY11 and YU25. But their bands are different on Gel electrophoresis. L6 lines likely to be a new scab resistant lines. Therefore, they would accelerate to develop new resistant wheat cultivars.
