Seven different plant row spacing was studied in luzhou-flavor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco variety K326 agronomic traits, physical index, chemical quality, plant diseases and insect pests and the effects of economic benefit and so on. The main results were as follows:(1) Tobacco agronomic traits. Strains affect spacing on tobacco agronomic traits of the indicators vary, tobacco agronomic traits of individuals affected by the spacing is greater than the spacing, and the spacing greater the agronomic traits of tobacco promotion.(2) The physical properties of the fluecued tobacco leaves. Little effects of row spacing on the physical properties of the flue cured tobacco leaves were found. However, with the decreasing of hole spacing, leaf length, width and thickness were becoming smaller, stem ratio were becoming greater, especially significant for the lower leaves. There was no significant impact on the equilibrium moisture content.(3) The chemical quality of the fluecued tobacco leaves. With the planting density increases, of nicotine, total nitrogen content showed a decreasing trend. Total sugar, reducing sugar content increases with increasing density. Potassium chlorine ratio decreases with increasing spacing, line spacing affect potassium chlorine than no obvious rule. Within a certain range of the upper lobe, middle lobe, lower leaves of sugar to nicotine ratio decreases with the spacing rather more close to the optimum value, exceeding 110cm × 55cm row spacing of time and smaller., The chemical quality of middle leaves composite score increases with the density decreases, while the upper leaves between each treatment is insignificant.(4) The occurrence of pests and diseases. With the planting density increased, staggered between tobacco leaf close, exacerbating the extent of infection tobacco disease; strain, spaced more closely, there is an increasing trend of disease, but no significant pest law. Dahon single ridge planting than double ridge planting in terms of pest protection.(5) Economic characters. The output value increased with planting density increasing to some extent, of which, the treatment 110cm × 50cm was the best.
