Rose is Rosa L. and Rosaceae plants, one of the top ten traditional famous flowers in China, one of the four big cut flowers in the world, The amusement park is known as the "queen in the flower". Rose have many advantages such as abundance of colors, long florescence, well-adapted, diversification of varieties, There are multiple application formsfor example incense use, medicinal, edible in the garden,rose is closely connected with People’s Daily life.With the improvement of people’s aesthetic standards, puts forward new requirements for the ornamental of rose. Rose industries industry in Nan yang of Henan province occupies a dominant position in China,which influences the development of rose industry in China.Rose Melasma is a common destructive diseases,a larger influence on Chinese rose fall ornamental value. The main research content of this article is as follows:1.In this study,12 biological characteritics of 241 rose cultivars introduced in Nan yang Rose Base, including growth habits,branches, leaves, aculeuses, flowering stage, flower output, budlets, petals, floral scent, flower diameter, flower color, and flower type, were investigated and analied.It is proposed that more climbing and miniature rose cultivars should be introduced or breeded, and the rose cultivars with thornless, colorful leaves and rare color is the breeding direction of the future.2.Rose is through interspecific hybridization repeatedly and long-term breeding.Flower color,number of flower petals,flower diameter,flower output and plant type is the most important ornamental traits of Chinese rose,Decided to the of quality rose ornamental directly.By 9 family plants of Fl observation and statistical analysis,Compared the difference between 5 traits of 9 family plants, Explored the transfer law of 5 traits, Provided a reference basis for further systematic breeding.3.This experiment based on the Fl.black spot of 9 family on the field observation, with statistical analysis and comparison,found extremely significant differences between 9 family,4 male family significant difference,No significant difference 5 maternal family.This research by resources analysis,indicate the direction for future breeding;The statistical analysis of the characteristics of 9 family cross breeding,found extremely significant differences between 9 family;through analyzing the level difference between 9 family,Provide ideas for the black rot resistance breeding in the future.
