| This experiment by spraying Miao-Tekai in different growth stages of flue-cured tobacco, aimed at the research on different application rate and spraying way effect on soil properties and flue-cured tobacco growth, yield and quality. The results showed that:(1) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can improve flue-cured tobacco plant height, stem circumference, leaf number and the biggest leaf area.30 days after transplanting,Spraying soil activator on the influence of flue-cured tobacco plant height, stem circumference, leaf number and the biggest leaf area was no significant differences;75 days after transplanting,In addition to the way of spraying soil activator effects on the effective number of leaf was n o significant difference,The way of spraying soil activator and applicationrate on the influence of flue-cured tobacco plant height, stem circumference, leaf number and the biggest leaf area was significant difference or extremely significant difference.Three times average spraying soil activator significantly increased the flue-cured tobacco plant height, stem circumference, maximum leaf area, with the increase of the soil activator of application rate,the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increase of the soil activator of surueyed.(2) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can significantly improve dry matter accumulation of aerial part and underground part. Especially at 60 days after transplanting,Its effect is more obvious.60 days after transplanting,The way of spraying soil activators on the influence of flue-cured tobaccodry matter accumulation of aerial part was significant difference, application rate on the influence of flue-cured tobacco dry matter accumulation of aerial part was extremely significant difference,The way of spraying soil activator and application rate on the influence of flue-cured tobacco dry matter accumulation of underground part was extremely significant difference (p<0.01);Compared with A1 BO (without soil activator),the dry matter accumulation of aerial part of the treatment of Spraying soil activator increased by 4.00% to 16.57%,dry matter accumulation of underground part increased by 4.41% to 16.76%.(3) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can improve apparent N recovery Rates.(4) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can obviously improve soil effective nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium and organic matter.45 days after transplanting,The way of spraying soil activator on the influence of soil available phosphorus and organic matter was no significant difference,application rate on the influence of soil available phosphorus and organic matter was significant difference (p<0.05),Compared with A1 BO (without soil activator),soil effective nitrogen of the treatment of Spraying soil activator increased by 6.89% to 18.76%, available potassium increased by 6.37% to 19.52%, available potassium increased by 5.03% to 17.78%, organic matter content increased by 0.11-0.48 percentage points.(5) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can significantly improve the numbers of soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes.The way of spraying soil activator and application rate on the influence of flue-cured tobacco yield and output value was significant difference,In the whole growth period,the treatment of spraying soil activator of the average number of acteria is 1.66 to 2.85 times of A1B0 (without soil activator),the average number of fungi is 1.29 to 1.92 times of A1B0 (without soil activator),the average number of actinomycetes is 1.29 to 1.92 times of A1B0 (without soil activator).(6) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can significantly increase the activity of soil urease, phosphatase, invertase.45 days after transplanting,The way of spraying soil activator on the influence of the activity of soil invertase was no significant difference,application rate on the influence of the activity of soil invertase was extremely significant difference (p<0.01);The way of spraying soil activator and application rate on the influence of the activity of soil phosphatase was significant difference (p<0.05);the way of spraying soil activator on the influence of the activity of soil urease was significant difference (p<0.05),application rate on the influence of the activity of soil urease was extremely significant difference (p<0.01).Compared with A1B0 (without soil activator),the activity of soil urease of the treatment of Spraying soil activator increased by 4.55% to 15.66%, the activity of soil phosphatase increased by 6.88% to 15.59%, the activity of soil invertase increased by 6.03% to 15.94%.(7) Spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can significantly improve flue-cured tobacco yield, average price and output value.The way of spraying soil activator and application rate on the influence of flue-cured tobacco yield and output value was significant difference (p<0.05),The way of spraying soil activator on the influence of the average price of flue-cured tobacco was no significant difference.The yield of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increase of the soil activator of surueyed, The output value and the average price of flue-cured tobacco dropped with the increase of the soil activator of surueyed.Compared with One-time spraying soil activator, The yield amplification of flue-cured tobacco of the treatments of three times average spraying soil activator increased by 6.07%,The output value amplification of flue-cured tobacco of the treatments of three times average spraying soil activator increased by 8.19%.The yield of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increase of the soil activator of surueyed,The output value and the average price of flue-cured tobacco dropped with the increase of the soil activator of surueyed.(8) Properly spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can promote flue-cured tobacco chemical composition tocoordinate, improve the quality of tobacco leaf. In conclusion this paper is the analysis of the research of applying soil activator of vega soil physical and chemical properties, flue-cured tobacco agronomic characters, yield and output value, and tobacco chemical composition,showed that A2B2 was the best.Properly spraying soil activator Miao-Tekai can improve soil physical and chemical properties, elevate the comprehensive soil fertility, increase the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco,improve the quality of tobacco leaf. |
