300 day-old healthy Pekin-ducks that shared similar body weight were divided into 5 groups, which are 3 test groups, a positive control group and a blank control group. Each group had 60 ducks. The ducks in the three test groups were fed with natural mildew feed that contained 1‰、2%‰、4%‰ "Bao gan hu shen tuo mei su" for 7,14,21days,while the blank control group were fed with normal natural mildew feed and the positive control group were fed with the feed that contained the common preparation that can reduce the mycotoxin in natural dose. We measured the feed conversion ratio, average daily gain, the thymus index, the spleen index, the bursa of fabricius index, the disease rate, GA death rate and biochemical indicator to study the effect of "Bao gan hu shen tuo mei su" on immunity and production performance and biochemical indicator in duck.The result shows that the disease rate and the death rate in the 3 test groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The death rate got lower when the ducks were fed for longer time in the 3 test groups. The index of thymus, spleen and fabricius in the 3 test groups were significantly higher than that in the two control group. The content of ALP in blood serum in the 3 test groups were significantly lower when compared to the control group (P<0.01). The ducks in the 3 test groups that fed for Hdays and 21 days had less ALP and ALT in blood serum than ducks fed for 7days (P<0.05). The content of AST and BUN in blood serum declined but shown on significant different in the 3 test groups when compared to the control group(P<0.05). The content of ALB、TP、GLU in blood serum rise but shown on significant different in the 3 test groups when compared to the control group(P<0.05). The feed conversion ratio and average daily gain in the 3 test groups were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The ducks in the 3 test groups had more the feed conversion ratio and average daily gain when fed with the formulation for longer days.The results indicated that the ducks that fed with feed contained "Bao gan hu shen tuo mei su" can have lower death rate and disease rate and have better production performance and immunity, that is to say,the feed can have higher exploitation and transformation ratio. The feed contained 2‰ "Bao gan hu shen tuo mei su" shows best value when fed to ducks for 21 days.
