The water contaminant of factory farming was easy to accumulate and difficult to remove. In our study, we cultivate the plants which selected from 18 plants in float bed, and study the purification effect of ecological floating bed on factory farming.Firstly, this study applied the 18 kinds of plants which combined with floating bed packing to factory farming environment, the concentrate of nitrogen, phosphors and Cu, Zn, Hg, Pb in plants were tested to screen plants. The results showed that except Pratia nummularia and Adiantum ful vwn were died, the average height, length of root, wet weight and dry weight of the other 16 kin ds of plants were increased significantly, ands showed good function of concentrating nitrogen and phosphorus and four kinds of heavy metals. Using Tanner’s comprehensive evaluation method we selected 7 kinds of dominant plants from the 16 kinds of plants, they were Acorus calamus Linn, Herba Lythri Salicariae, Cannaglauca, Arundo donax var. versicolor, Canna warscewiezii, Chloro phytum comosum, Coleusblumei.The 7 kinds of dominant plants were separated into 2 groups, Coleusblumei, Acorus calamus Linn, Herba Lythri Salicariae, Cannaglauca, Canna warscewiezii were in group 1, and the Herba Lythri Salicariae, Cannaglauca, Chlorophytum comosum, Arundo donax var. versicolor were in gro up 2. The plants were combined with biological packing to form ecological floating bed, and appli ed to two recalculation Cyprinus carpio aquaculture systems of the same size in the same environ ment to study the farming water purification technology. The results showed that the ammonia con centration of the two test pools were 0.08 ± 0.04mg/1 and 0.11±0.05mg/l, respectively; the nitrit e concentration were 0.04±0.02mg/l and 0.05±0.03mg/l, respectively; the total nitrogen concentration were ranged between 5.0mg/l to 40.0mg/l; the total phosphors concentration were ranged between between 1.68-16.88mg/l; the DO concentration were ranged between 7.02±0.85mg/l and 6.63±1. 17mg/l, the concentration of total dissolved solid concentration, salinity and electrical conductivity changes showed a similar downward trend; pH were ranged between 7.33 and 8.62.The results of this study may provide a theoretical basis and reference for applying this comb ined ecological floating bed technology to purify the factory farming water.
