In this paper, the principle treatment that "yi mu fu tu, li qi huo xue" are used to prevent and cure weaning stress syndrome of piglets after analysing weaning stress syndrome by chinese dialectical. Seventy-five 30 days age of weaning piglets were divided randomly into 5 groups:control group, fed with basal diet; antibiotic group, fed with basal diet supplemented with colistin sulfate at 5‰; low does group, fed with basal diet supplemented with 2‰ of TMFP; middle does group, fed with basal diet supplemented with 3%o of TMFP; high does group, fed with basal diet supplemented with 5‰ of TMFP. Record the intake and weight of weaned piglet every group weekly, and diarrhea rate of every group in the first week; on day 7 of the study, to study the hemorheological parameters of weaning piglet,10ml vena cava blood were collected from 3 piglets selected from control group, antibiotic group, middle does group respectivly. On day 7,14,21 of the study,3 piglets were selected from the control group, antibiotic group, middle does group respectivly. The tissue of duodenum, jejunum and ileum were excised and fixed in 10% neutral formalin solution to determine number of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) and goblet cells; jejunum mucosa was collected to determine the content of T-SOD, T-AOC, CAT, MDA, IL-2 and SIgA; the main findings are as follows:Test in the first week, ADG of high dose TMFP was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Test in the third week, piglets that with high and middle dose of TMFP had significantly improved ADG than that of control group and antibiotic group, and ADFI of piglets fed with high and middle dose of TMFP were significantly higher than that of antibiotic group (P<0.05); in the whole period, the high and middle dose of TMFP can significantly increase ADG of weaning (P<0.05). To compared with the control group, diarrhea rates in each group of TMFP have been reduced, and middle and high dose groups of TMFP show significant difference with contorl group (P<0.01). This experiment shows that, antibiotic, middle and high dose of the TMFP may improve the growth performance and effectivly reduce diarrhea rates of weaning piglets. The fibrinogen content of piglets fed with low dose TMFP was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05); piglets fed with high and middle dose TMFP were significantly lower than control groups in whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen content improve the above indices, and erythrocyte deformation index were higher than control groups and antibiotic group (P<0.05). There is significant raise in erythrocyte aggregation index of antibiotic group (P<0.05), while fibrinogen content and high shear of whole blood viscosity were significantly lower than control groups. The results show that middle and high dose of TMFP can significantly improve blood rheology of weaning piglets. The result showed that enzyme activity of T-SOD in jejunum mucosa of TMFP groups were significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of control groups at 7 and 14 d. Enzyme activity of CAT and T-AOC in jejunum mucosa of TMFP groups were significantly higher (P<0.05) than the other two groups at 7 and 14 d respectly. Enzyme activity of MDA in jejunum mucosa of TMFP groups were significantly higher (P<0.05) than that of the other two groups at 14 d, but significantly lower (P<0.05) than antibiotic groups at 7 d. The resuatlts showed that TMFP can improve the antioxidant capacity of jejunum mucosa, so that to reduce the intestinal damage caused by weaning stresses to weaning piglets. Results showed that the TMFP can significantly enhance the intestinal mucosa concentrations of IL-2 on 14 day, and contents of SIgA on 21 and 14 days (P<0.05). The number of IEL in jejunum and ileum intestine mucosa of TMFP group were significantly higher than those of conrol group on 14 and 21 day,14day respectively (P<0.05). The number of GC in jejunum and ileum intestine mucosa of TMFP group were significantly higher than those of control group on14,14 and 21 days of the experient respectively (P<0.05). The study showed that, TMFP can promote the secretion of IL-2 and SIgA in intestinal mucosa, and improve the number of intestinal villus epithelial and goblet cell to improve intestinal immunity of weaning piglets.
