Based on 95 selected soil samples in Jiahe (Puman, Guangfa, Longtan, Shiqiao) in 2013 and 285 counterparts of tobacco samples, this research was designed to determine the soil total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, organics and tobacco related physical, chemical and smoking quality. Correlation was also involved. The results were as follows:Among these regions, total nitrogen content was about 1.124 g/kg~3.271 g/kg. Longtan was the highest with 2.59 g/kg, which was significantly higher than Guangfa and Puman. Total phosphorus variation was small with lower than 30.90%, and Shiqiao reached the highest with 1.32 g/kg. The order of total potassium content was Shiqiao higher than Guangfa, higher than Puman and Longtan. For alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus, Shiqiao was the highest with 327.5 mg/kg and 28.72 mg/kg. For available potassium, Puman was the highest with 223.4 mg/kg, the range of which was 93.37 mg/kg-284.16 mg/kg and the variation coefficient was 47.14%, followed by Longtan with 147.6 mg/kg. As to organics, Longtan was the highest with 47.6 g/kg, whose range was from 30.06~59.83 g/kg, and the variation coefficient was 42.39%.In Puman, the blade width of X2F was positive correlated with total phosphorus, the same as the weight of simple leaf and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus. In Guangfa, total nitrogen, organics and stem content were positive correlated, the same as the weight of simple leaf and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen. In Longtan, leaf length and total nitrogen were significantly negative correlated, while blade width and total nitrogen were positive correlated, just the same as the weight of simple leaf, total phosphorus, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus. In Shiqiao, the thickness of leaf, total phosphorus and available phosphorus were positive correlated, while it was negatively correlated with total potassium.In Puman, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, C3F leaf length, blade width, simple leaf weight were positive correlated. In Guangfa, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, blade width, leaf length, available potassium and organic matters were also positive correlated. In Longtan, C3F simple leaf weight, total potassium and available phosphorus were significantly positive correlated.In Guangfa, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content was very significantly positive correlated with B2F leaf length, significantly positive correlated with blade width, and less significantly positive correlated with simple leaf weight, while which was negative correlated with organics. In Longtan, simple leaf weight of B2F were significantly positive correlated with total nitrogen, and very significantly positive correlated with available phosphorus. In Shiqiao, blade width, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and organics were positive corrected, the same as the thickness of leaf, total potassium and organics.In Puman, total sugar of C3F was significantly positive corrected with organics, the same as nicotine with alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and organics. In Guangfa, reducing sugar and total nitrogen were significantly positive correlated with alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, starch and total nitrogen, while significantly negative correlated with organics. In Longtan, total sugar and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, nicotine and organics, potassium, total nitrogen and available potassium, starch, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus, all of them were significantly positive correlated. In Shiqiao, reducing sugar and total nitrogen were positive correlated, while nicotine, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and organics were significantly positive correlated.Total potassium, B2F and C3F of Puman, and B2F of Guangfa were positive correlated. Alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen was significantly positive correlated with X2F of Puman, so was with B2F and X2F of Guangfa. But it was significantly negatively correlated with X2F of Shiqiao. Available potassium content were significantly positive correlated with smoking quality scores of C3F of Puman, as well as with central and lower leaves of Guangfa, upper and central leaves of Longtan, B2F and X2F of Shiqiao.
