Study On Detection Of Drug Resistance And Clinical Treatment Of Broiler Colibacillosis In Some Parts Of The Shandong

Recently,with the study of the animal diseases and strengthening of the preventive and control measures,the proportion of some inframicrobe diseases droped,however some germ diseases become more popular,such as the broiler colibacillosis,which caused massive death of avians and great loss. E.coli is easy to generate the drug resistance,and some antibiotics may be found in some animals products,which will harm human health.Because of this reason,we implemened the studies on isolated and identification, detection of drug resistance and treatment of avain E.coli.The main results were as follows:E.coli were separated from diseased chickens from 67 chicken farms in Shandong, and 43 E.coli separated were characterized for O serotypes by micrometric plate agglutination test.Six serotypes(O1、O2、O8、O78、O143and O35)were identified in the 43 E.coli strains,and the most popular serotypes were O2(9/43) 、 O8(8/43) and O78(12/43).The rate of three serotypes were 67.44% in a11.The drug susceptibility of 43 E.coli isolates to to 12 antimicrobial drugs were determined accordingto the K-B method.The results indicated the level of drug resistance were very high,even the resistence spectrum were wider in the E.coli isolates in Shandong.The multi-resistance was prevlent,and the resistance rates was 95.35%in all the 43 E.coli strains.The drug-resistant rate of Oxfendanzole,Ciprofloxacin,Orfloxacin, Tetracycline Gentamycin, Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone sodium and Kanamycin were above 90%, The drug-resistant rate of Fluorine were above 80%,and Amikaein and Neomycin were above 40%, at the same time, the rate of Apramycin was with 72.09% and was most susceptible.Field experiments were done among 5026 chickens of the breeding farm in Shandong. The chicken flocks were splited into 3 groups that are group A, B and C.group A was feeded Apramycin,group B Clostridium butyricum probiotics,group C Apramycin and Clostridium butyricum probiotics preparation. The results indicated the cure rates of the group A,B,C were above 95%,But the cure rates of group C was much better than those of group A and B,the ratio of gaining weight of group C were better than group A and B by 10.29 g and 8.64g(P <0.05).As of the 6th day of treatment E.coli in liver was examined,the results showed liver bacterium cultures were negative in group C; 3/5 chickens in group A and 1/5 chickens in group B bacterium cultures were positive。From gross lesions of necropsy, no significant difference was found between the three groups.
