To study the therapeutic effect of S.aureus on fatty rats animal model and hyperglycemia animal model and provide experimental bases for reasonable clinical medication and development. There ware two experiments:①To make the fatty SD rats animal model,we fed high fat emul to them. Experimental animal were divided into six groups: control group, model group, fenofibrate capsules group(10 g/kg),2g/ml、1g/ml、0.5g/ml of Scindapsus aureus extractive.To study the role of Scindapsus aureus in hypolipidemic,we used these index: triacylglycerol(TG)、total cholesterol(TC)、low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C)、high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and antiarterial hardness indices(AAI)in the 14 st day、the 21 st day、the 28 st day、the 35 st day、the 42 st day. Results: At 14 days after modeling,the TC value of model control group, fenofibrate capsules group,2g/ml dose group,1g/ml dose group and 0.5g/ml dose group were significant higher than that in blank control group(P<0.05); the AAI value falling slowly through continuous to give fenofibrate capsules and different dose of Scindapsus aureus than that in model control group for seven day to twenty-eight day; Successive medication for 28 days,the TC value of fenofibrate capsules group and 2g/ml dose group were highly significant lower than that in model control group(P<0.01), There was no significant difference in LDL-C value(P?0.05), but 2g/ml dose herb medicine could have an effect on inhibition of increasing of serum hyperlipidemia rats LDL-C value. Conclusion: Scindapsus aureus can treat hyperlipidemia through reducing hyperlipidemia serum TC value which was induced by high-fat emulsion、inhibition of rising of hyperlipemia rat LDL-C value and restoring the low of AAI caused by hyperlipemia. ②the hyperglycemia mouse model was made by feeding high sugar and high fat feed to ICR mice.The mice were divided into six groups: control group,model group,melbine group(250 mg/kg and 50,25,12.5 g/kg dose of S.aureus extract groups. To study building factors, fasting plasma glucose were used in the 7st、14st、21st、28st. The role of S.aureusin hpyerglycemic, fasting plasma glucose was used in the 7st、14st、28st, serum insulin and insulin resistance index were used in the 7st day and the 14 st dayThe result of model preparation: ICR mouse body weight loss, hyperglycemia, droped in insulin levels and increased in insulin resistance index through feeding high glucose and high fat fodder combined with injecting STZ. The result of treatment experiment: blood sugar level was regulated by the three doses. Low dose group had obvious effect on hyperglycemic after oral S.aureus for forteen days.High dose group had obvious effect on enhancing insulin level after oral S.aureus from the 7st day to the 14 st day. The three doses had no obvious effect on insulin resistance index. The hyperglycemia Mouse model was made successfully by feeding them high glucose and high fat fodder for 14 to 28 days( formula∶cane suga∶lard∶milk powder∶pig cholate∶standard diet =30∶20∶4∶2∶0.05∶63) and combined with injecting STZ;The hyperglycemia Mouse model could be cured through regulating blood sugar level、increasing serum insulin and reducing insulin resistance index.
