| This Paper chosen the resistance of different density-tolerate varieties of maize as materials, use split plot design,systematically study the relationship between agronomic traitsã€mechanical characteristics and the chemical composition and corn anti-lodging characteristics,,to reveals high-yield of anti-lodging mechanism of density-tolerate varieties under the ecological conditions of arid and semi-arid, provide the theory basis of maize high yield cultivation and dense planting technology to increase production for Xinjiang.the main results were as follows:1.The impact of different planting densities on plant morphological Plant highã€center of gravity height and ear height of the testing varieties all increased with the planting density increased from 45000plant/HA to 105000 plant/HA,while the internode diameter were decreased,the node increased,the heavy of units length section dry matter significantly reduced,the differences are obviously from variety to variety. For ZD909, the length and the diameter of the internode have a little change with the increase of the density; for XY41, the traits changes range large.2.With the increase of density,the rind puncture strength and crushing strength were decreased,as node rise, the crushing strength and puncture strength were decreased, the puncture strength and crushing strength were increased from early anthesis stage to silking stage. Correlation analysis showed that lodging rates of the filed was significantly and negatively correlated with puncture strength and crushing strength,the puncture strength of ZD909 were higher than XY41 in the designed density at the two periods. the third internode diameter were positive related to the puncture strength3.With the density increased the cellulose content and lignin content in stems were reduced,from pre-tasseling stage to silking stage,the content were increased,and demonstrated a significant difference in different density,he cellulose content and lignin content in stems were significantly related to the puncture strength,correlation analysis showed that, the content of hemicellulose were positive related to the stalk strength, but it is not significant. Path analysis showed that the factors affecting the stem strength cellulose > lignin > hemicellulose. The cellulose content in stalk plays a decisive role in puncture strength of the maize.Soluble sugar content in the stem were rising from early flowering stage to silkking stage,the content of soluble sugar in ZD958 were higher than ZD909 and XY41.4.The lodging rates of Varieties in field were positively correlated with density, with the increases of the density,the lodging rate increases.The lodging percentage were significantly positive related to the center of gravity height, negative related to the third internode diameter, the content of cellulose and hemicellulose were significantly negative related to the lodging rate. Correlation analysis showed that the lodging rate were significantly positive related to crushing strength and puncture strength, the size of crushing strength and puncture strength can acted as a indicator to the density-tolerate ability. Two years of field surveys showed that ZD909 lodging rates were less than XY41,the density-tolerate of ZD909 is better than XY41,the density and variety have a great influence on lodging,While it was less affected by the interactions of density and culture.5.Dry matter accumulation and reproductive dry weight of the cultivars were decreased with the increased of the density,the production have the different trend between 3 varieties.The yield of ZD909 increased with density,ZD958 and XY 41 have the highest yield in the density of 112.500 plant/HA and the output had declined with the increase of the density,XY 41’s decrease was the highest. |
